Okay, Tues night at the SOTU he lied about crime being rampant in El Paso before the wall went up. The Mayor of El Paso said that was a lie and in fact today a letter was sent to Trump to admit he was wrong and apologize

The problem is that he is "more" pro lies and pro scams that everything he said has to be considered a lie and a scam.

It sounded good but words are free to use. Anyone can say the same things in order to "look good" but doing what one says requires action, intelligence and ability to compromise and this president lacks all of those. I give his speech a "B" rating. Nonetheless, he has shown that as far as action is concerned, he earns an "F" most of the time.

I am very happy for you that you believe his words. You will be happy until he fails but in the meantime you can enjoy the fake feeling of happiness.

Trump gave a LONG speech....a completely substance-free speech....a disingenuous speech....and an offensively dishonest speech.

He is pro-Russia and anti-American-Values.

He feigns (with words only) support for Vets, while disrespecting them every day, and in almost every tangible way possible.

He is anti-trade and has done immeasurable damage to America's interests with his trade wars.

He is more pro-Israel than pro-American. That's a problem, because Israel under Bibi has not always behaved as an ally.

He is NOT 'pro-God". He's a non-believer who is clearly just pro-Evangelical vote, and he understands that a large percentage of that faction of the electorate is motivated entirely by religious/racial/cultural issues that are divisive and disrespectful of religous and racial minorities in our society. Trump knows this, and agrees with these people....and he knows that they are emotional (and not truly "Christian values" based ) voters.

And most intelligent people understand all of the above.

I want a New Deal POTUS (the color of that POTUS or deal is not important - since I'm not partial to orange, even green would be OK). That New Deal means (the federal government) providing free medical care of top quality, free college and a guaranteed (federal?) job that pays very well, offers loads of paid leave and a secure retirement pension (at age 55?). Thus most folks could graduate from college (by age 25), work for 30 years (in a government funded "good" job) and then retire for about as many years as they worked. For those few who are not quite up to becoming college graduates (even in the New Deal diploma mills) they can be given "safety net" help to do other (privately funded, non-profit) work for 30 years and then also receive a generous public retirement pension. The financial details may be a bit murky, but morally that is the America which everyone deserves - look it up.

1. I mentioned tax cuts. His voter base didn't support him for tax cuts.

2. Job creation is great, but without securing the border, putting an end to wage stagnation/deflation, its only going to be short term. Trump has increased H-1b visas for financial migrants to take tech jobs, while much of the actual job creation for Americans has consisted of low wage, or part time work, the same as under Obama.

Where's the infrastructure revolution to modernize American cities?
Where's the border wall?
Where's the promise to put America first? (Hint: $38 billion for Israel while portions of the USA experience homeless crises is not putting America First)
