The funds frozen that would be heading to Poland are about £100 billion (two different pots - one around £75billion) dwarfs the £13 billion that was heading to Hungary.

The authorities of NATO countries have restricted all info on the sabotage. Absent any information one has to assume it was the USA. Do you have a better explanation?

I do not get your analogy. You have the ridiculous idea that Putin decided to blow up his own pipeline. Are you suggesting that I think Ukraine is blowing up its own power stations? You are making little sense here.

When the West said they will never deal with Putin again, the pipeline became a major liability to his staying in power because his replacement could easily turn on the gas to the West and Putin will never be able to.
