Given a past history of Irgun, Haganah, Lehi, etc I'm pretty sure the "removal" in "We can be better then that by removing those people from this country and banning all future admissions by them" doesn't involve a peaceful re-settling of 2-3 millions of Palestinians in another country. "Removal" was the word the Germans used. History comes full circle.

Hamas more than 20,000 and Islamic Jihad more than 10,000.
Overall together with other smaller factions of Islamist terror groups in Gaza there are no more than 40,000.
Apparently at least a tenth of Hamas fighting force were already purged.
It'll take a lot of time and there needs to be great resolve not to stop until they're dead to the last one.

As the Russo Ukraine was has shown, not really a threat. And besides virtually no one in the western countries that most support Israel will be taking the Palestinian side after all this

What needs to happen in Israel is the equivalent of De-nazification with some elements of residential schools thrown in.

The Palestinians need to be placed under full occupation with full Israeli control of their Justice and education systems with their children being indoctrinated to condemn Islamic terrorism
