The law says don't employ illegals. Jail the greedy bastards who employ them. They're the cause of the problem.
And why in hell would you jail illegal immigrants? Does that make sense to anyone? Deport them.

If, if, if. Illegal immigrants will find ways to come into your country as long as greedy immoral bastards keep luring them in. Get to the root of the problem. Toss a few landscapers, hotel owners and golf course operators into jail, tour bus operators too, and see how fast the problem evaporates.

So the ones here illegal getting Food Stamps welfare etc etc...Do we jail the Government?

If the Government is handing out Food Stamps and WIC to them....than they are just as guilty as the Farmer etc that hires them

She repeated her research on April 13, 2005 in testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on “Immigration, Border Security, and Claims” saying that 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide in Los Angeles targeted illegal aliens.

Deport them. What do you accomplish by putting them in jail? You're just gonna deport them when their sentence is served, so do it now and don't have to feed them in jail.
This isn't rocket science. Calm down for a minute and think about it.

Or look at the total number of homicides in those years. Per the FBI, there were 67,642 murders in the U.S. from 2005 through 2008, and 115,717 from 2003 through 2009. Per the GAO, criminal aliens committed 25,064 of them. That means they committed 22% to 37% of all murders in the U.S., while being only 3.52% to 8.25% of the population.

Conclusion: criminal and illegal aliens commit murder at much higher rates than all inhabitants of the U.S. – at least 3 to 10 times higher.
