U.K. Supreme Court Rules Trans Women Can’t Be Defined as Women

Right. So you either don't understand what "round" means, or you don't think it actually exists in the real world.
Round is not a geometric term. An apple can be claimed to be round.

that doesn't make him a female

that doesn't make her a male.
I didn't say that those who perform gender roles that are not associated with their biological sex ARE people with a gender identity they identify with. Gender dysphoria is not just performing some gender role not associated with one's biological sex. It is a recognized psychological problem not only in psychology, but also in psychiatry and, therefore, medicine.

My point was that there is a distinct difference between biological sex and cultural gender. Frankly, I agree that a trans woman is not a woman simply by virtue of identifying with a gender opposite to one's sexual identity - something, FYI, that has gotten me and others like me called derogatory names by some trans gender supporters. But I do recognize that gender dysphoria is not just some scam.

I am not specialized in the psychological or medical issue, but I am aware that there are biological questions regarding this issue. It is entirely possible that further research will show some developmental biological cause, perhaps even in late fetal development, for the functional brain differences between people who identify with the gender opposed to their biological sex. So I am not going to be naively cavalier in my arguments.

Their biology is different from their gender but you are not the kind of person who will allow facts to get in the way of your transphobic bigotry. Your ideas cause depression and anxiety, so its not harmless free speech.

I'm not tolerant of conservative harassment of minorities. Hypothetically, would making sure they have a 9mm way of fighting back against your harassment change your ideas?
Suggesting that lethal violence is somehow an acceptable way to deal with someone saying something you don’t like shows just how detached you are from reality.
