The 'mitochondrial DNA' examined in the research is that which mothers pass down from generation to generation and it showed the 'absence of human exceptionalism.'
'One might have thought that, due to their high population numbers and wide geographic distribution, humans might have led to greater genetic diversity than other animal species,' added Stoeckle.
'At least for mitochondrial DNA, humans turn out to be low to average in genetic diversity.'
The study has been misunderstood by some religious parties who thought it meant that we all came into being in some seminal Big Bang-typed event 100,000 ago, but this isn't what the findings actually suggest.
The massive in-breeding would go a long way to explaining many things..........

Or you could read a bit further.
He might learn something then, he's a Trump fan, part of the proudly poorly educated. He basks in TRump's love, so he's NEVER want that! As you can tell from his none too bright postings!

Is Ancestary.com aware of this?Could mess up a few family trees.
Especially concerning the OPs questionable posting careeer huh?
Doesn't the timeline of 100,000 to 200,000 years blow up the bible narrative anyway?

Never read the Bible, we see.
There is NO REFERENCE to the age of the Earth within it, sorry. The OPINIONS of some people regarding that are OPINIONS.
And, since you bring it up, CARBON DATNG has been proven to be WILDLY INACCCURATE...so we really have NO CLEAR IDEA of the actual age of the planet, or even less so, the universe...just SPECULATION.
As opposed to GENETICALLY VERIFIED evidence of the Origin of Man as in the OP. The FACTS are the FACTS...feel free to draw your own explanation.
Care to dodge the tropic some more?
See the ANTI-SCIENCE CROWD, at it, again?

Oh look!! Already the SECOND AD HOM from the same source, TERRIFIED to even ADDRESS, much less attempt to engage, on the FACTS OF THE OP.
Apparently ANTI-SCIENCE.
SDPLB= Standard DP Left BULL****.

No, the bible folks teach that the Earth is 6,000 years old. So, your own OP isn't consistent with the bible narrative since they remark that the couple lived between 100,000 to 200,000 years ago.
You could simply say the infallible bible is fallible, or just deny some more. Up to you.
Doesn't the timeline of 100,000 to 200,000 years blow up the bible narrative anyway?
The "bible folk" do not teach that.
Some priest thought that up a long time ago, and he was wrong.
Just because Mathew Harrison Brady said it in the movie, Inherit The Wind, does not mean "bible folk" believe it to be true.
This is bigotry to say so and to lump all "bible folk" together as having one mind and one thought.
