Yes, the very specific item of what she testified to Congress about Iran's ability to create a nuclear weapon which he contradicted by saying he didn't care what she said, because he believed they were. Did you not watch the clip?

The possibility has occurred to me that Trump may also be using the prospect of war as a way to push the Fed into lowering rates in anticipation of war.

Yeah, all one has to do is read the article in the OP and it states this:


“Nobody is talking to Hegseth,” an unnamed official told the Post. “There is no interface operationally between Hegseth and the White House at all.”

Pentagon chief spokesman Sean Parnell dismissed the Post’s report as “completely false,” and said “The Secretary is speaking with the President multiple times a day each day and has been with the President in the Situation Room this week.”

This wouldn't be surprising at all; neither Gabbard nor Hegseth have anywhere near the experience or knowledge to provide valuable assistance in this matter.

Well, that's hard to know, but we also have past precedent as well because Trump threw US intel under the bus in Helsinki's press conference. Now we have this incident as well, not to mention him making decisions on what folks like Laura Loomer whisper in his ear.

Acceptance of high inflation has already been explicitly stated by Scott Bessant, as long as the US economy achieves necessary level of growth/agility.
Remember, the goal here is to re-shape the economy, and the added liquidity with lower cost of capital would facilitate that.

Every one of these stories always turns out to be true. And Trump literally said he didn’t care what Gabbard had to say about Iran just the other day. Is Trump an unnamed source?

Trump used the army as pawns for his parade and they didn't like it, which accounts for the sloppy marching. How does one mock a tank? Does the tank care? There are folks who are against going to war to kill folks they don't know just because our leadership says so. Look no further than Ali, he lost the best years of his career on principle.
