I'm not aware of the details of gun buyback proposals. I only know that threatening to murder fellow Americans is an airtight argument that they shouldn't have guns in the first place. If anybody made a threat on social media to murder people, the police would go to his home and confiscate his guns. Anybody threatening violence in the event of the government buying back their guns is obviously mentally unstable and can't be trusted with firearms.
Also, how is what Tucker and McCain doing not inciting insurrection? If not an incitement to insurrection, then I can only imagine that Fox's lawyers ran their statements through a fine tooth comb so they walked as close to the edge of incitement as possible without quite qualifying as such.
First paragraph of the link uses the word "mandatory". Did you even read it?
