I made it maybe 20 minutes with lots of skipping.

It's like a stand-up show, he says up front he's a terrible source...not a deep thinker or abstract thinker. He could have stopped there. I can see why Hawkeye10 would like it though.

Here are some of the jaw-dropping highlights:

After Trump won, people didn't try to figure out why Trump won, and that they should have been blaming themselves.
He's "afraid" that "the people in charge" aren't going to fix the things that allowed populism to come back. (we'll fix the Trump art, but the right wing propaganda machine you know, you're part of you dick)

An economic system that excludes a large portion of the population was a problem in Venezuela.
What he hates about Liberals is they whine about unfairness.

Populists are elected because the establishment mistreats the masses.

What I dont understand is why they never paused for one second to ask why this happened, that is a bizarre reaction. I dont care how horrible and unexpected an event is, at some point you ask yourself why it happened, particularly if it happened to you, because the obvious question is am I implicated in this , did I do something to cause this? If you wake up and your wife is run off with the mailman, and he weighs 70LB more than you and makes half as much, obviously your first reaction is SHE'S HORRIBLE!, how could she do that, it;s her fault. But at a certain point you say to yourself "Wait a second, if I was such a good husband why would she do that?, Maybe I did something wrong", that's what a normal self aware decent person ,,,at some point....would ask himself..I did not expect this to happen...it did happen...I did not welcome it happening...How can I prevent it from happening again?. I would like to get remarried, maybe I wont repeat the mistakes that caused wife #1 to run off with the fat mailman. Trump is that Mailman! And the voters are his new wife! THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED! But what is so remarkable is that the abandoned husband thinks that he is totally blameless. In fact you know what...Putin made her run off!

From your words, I'm guessing you yourself must be a world-traveler, an expert in history, and a truthful person. We might be able to learn a lot from you.

I took away much of the same thing.
It was long and pretty much a lot of contradictions.
The NAFTA stuff was interesting I like NAFTA but they lied it wasn't good for everyone.
The middle class thing 70k a year with 3 kids, yeah most folks don't even have 1 anymore.
Most liberals know the middle class of the past started going away with Reagans union busting then NAFTA later.

Why aren't you putting blame on the Republican party? His argument is that it's a hurting middle-class that brought in populism.

Have Republicans been talking about wealth disparity/wage gap, or have they been ridiculing liberals for acting like it's an issue?
Have Republicans been talking about curbing the worst excesses of corporate America, whole bolstering labor support for the middle class types?
Have they been trying to make health care, one of the biggest expenses of the middle-class, more available/affordable?
Have they been trying to make education more accessible and affordable so they can get out of the low wage jobs and join the new era?

No.
Democrats have supported all of those.
Republicans have opposed all of those.

Poor Trump supporters, desperately want a liberal, but have been brainwashed into thinking liberals=evil. So confused that they voted in a populist. Republicans and the U.S. overall will be hurt by this...they are not sticking it to corporate America (they gave them tax breaks and de-regulating them!), they are not sticking it to the smart people who have technical jobs (because their fortunes are growing). They are kind of sticking it to immigrants, which will have zero effect on jobs in the U.S.

I blame the legacy R's all the time... I point out that they lied to the people constantly, failed to do their jobs nearly constantly, encouraged corruption especially corruption directed their way constantly...and that they were in recent history cucks for the left....because they were spineless.

I also say that them getting rubbed out by Trump and The Rebellion represents justice.

The republican party is absolutely to blame for abandoning ubiquitous institutions to the control of lying progressives. Media, Academia, Hollywood, and through them more recently FBI, CIA, DHS, IRS, etc... This gets people to act against their own unified interests.

Republicans had such a great start in freeing the slaves from democrat control too.

Damn them. I am glad that Trump scared some of them into revealing themselves. Only then can they be eliminated.

I mean, it's a long list Hawkeye, I don't think that's but maybe 5% of it, at best. You thought you were getting change, but you got same-old, with a different face. Suckers all. The thing is, you need to identify what is good, and what is bad in this short life we have, and you need to stick to you know...the good. The minute you allow all this bad behavior, especially the lies, you open yourself up to this:
- we'll tell you what you want to hear
- we'll do the opposite

Exactly. The cops should not abdicate ground to the robbers, thieves, and other criminals.

The civil war is better framed as Republicans vs Democrats. Lincoln was quite clear in his calling out of northern democrats as the "fire from the rear" of the warfare lines.

Eliminated from seats of power.... the robbers and thieves in the establishment. Democrats or democrats pretending to be republicans. The citizen rights are supposed to above the government.

In the sense that democrats created and revived the kkk...yes.

So as one flies on a plane, typing a response on an iphone, advocating socialism....it becomes clear that those advocating such behavior are not socialists...merely deeply confused.

The progressive agenda is not super evil...evil is enough.
