I don't care about that court ruling. In this case, it's about the government persecuting American citizens and the Trump administration making things right.

That's why I think all who were persecuted should recieve compensation.

Of course you don't care about court rulings, Mycroft. That's why you voted for a convicted felon.

With every breath I draw I’m grateful I’m not a lefty that thinks trespassing should carry the death penalty but murder shouldn’t.
I am American who finds Jan 6, 2021 reprehensible, an attack on our Democratic process.

I find it shocking that MAGAS still try to revise the history of that day.

Go back and find quotes of how many people actually ****ing believed that.

I can’t imagine ever acting this utterly pathetic on behalf of a politician, or anyone for that matter, especially someone like Trump.

It’s self victimization complex as usual, to the pro max.
Don’t underestimate yourself. Your repetitive rants are pretty ****ing pathetic.

Yes. They guy I voted for was persecuted, too. But he was able to survive. Many of those J6er's lives have been ruined.

I'd prefer a case-by-case analysis to the sort of blind, blanket pardons handed out by Biden - at the very least for people serving longer sentences.

IMO anyone who was convicted of the following charges should be given a full pardon for those crimes:

1. Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds.
2. Parading, Demonstrating, and Picketing in a Capitol Building.
3. Entering and Remaining in Certain Rooms in a Capitol Building.
4. Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building.
5. Knowingly Entering Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority.
6. Knowingly Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct in Restricted Building or Grounds.
7. Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct on the Capitol Buildings or Grounds.
8. Obstruction of an Official Proceeding.
9. Other non-violent offenses.

Anyone still incarcerated pending charges for the above crimes should be pardoned and released.

If the accused was charged with, or convicted of, an actual violent offense, ex. Assaulting a Police Officer, willful damage to government property, possession of firearm, then IMO normal penalties should append.

The poll seems to have a significant error in it preventing me from picking any option.

No, the ones that hate democracy are the ones that tried to do everything to keep their main political opposition from even being able to run.
I don't believe you actually believe the crap you're spewing. So what's the motivation?

When you betray your own country, gotta hand it to you.

You do it properly.

As long as people commit crimes on behalf of your God King.

They should be pardoned.

That is what you’re saying.

Trump is raking in a record $200M in “inauguration fund” bribes from crooked CEOs who want tariff exceptions.

Banana republicans are destroying our free society.

Not really.

Rather, if Trump pardons more co-conspirators (as he has in the past), that, legitimately, would be cause for yet another impeachment.
Firstly, you would have to prove in a court of law, President Trump pardoned coconspirators before you could impeach him again

I generally would be against this, but it was a politically motivated prosecution, so yeah I'm looking forward to seeing them pardoned. Henry Tarrio was in another city entirely, but because he cheered the riot on and, more importantly, was the leader of a conservative group, he was charged.

No.

You have it all wrong.

All those CEO’s are actually giving that money to Trump because they want to “fight the elites”.

All these Billionaires kissing trumps feet, they truly have the likes of @X Factor and @trixare4kids and @Captain Adverse at heart.

Why else would they suddenly be so overwhelmingly nice to Trump?

Happy New Year, Jetboogieman.

Why do you want those traitors pardoned?

prove in a court of law,

Like you care about that.

It was proven in a court of law the dickhead you support is a felon.

But yah don’t care.

Because betraying one’s country to “get the libs” comes before logic.

I wish these people that clearly hate America would leave. Go to an authoritarian state that you so obviously desire.

Some of the, actually most, of the people, incarcerated deserve commuted and perhaps even pardons but the scumbags, who were convicted of conspiracy to commit sedition, the oath keepers and ilk, who were not even at the Ellipse rally to 'Save America', don't deserve a presidential pardon. Anyone who did not peacefully or patriotically make their voices heard deserve nothing.

You're inaccurately describing people who don't vote the way you do, so the answer is

Why would we leave? We run the entire show. We're about to replace three Supreme Court justices and make sure the court is 6-3 until I reach retirement age.
