See, it may be against nature that an African-Cuban named Terrio is part of a white supremacy group but that doesn't preclude Terrio from being a part of a white supremacy group. After all, ANTIFA is a group of mostly white guys and gals that are anti-white.

I will not speak about vegas but fro what I know from friends of mine, union based jobs (like teachers) often offer opportunities if you retire before medicare kicks to keep the healthcare plan you had as an employee with the same price (so, not like Cobra when you have to pay for both the employee and employer portion of healthcare coverage.

As a European who has worked on both sides of the Atlantic, , one of the biggest problems of the disfunctional US health system is that it links health coverage to the employer while at the same time undermines the bargaining power of regular workers in big companies by very anti-union laws. So big employers can get away wth many things. The first thing that I noticed when I came to the US was that low-level workers like cashiers in big retail companies and tellers in banks are forced to spend the whole shift standing. In Europe, the typical cashier or teller will be provided a chair to be more comfortable while he is working. Of course, in Europe low-level workers have way more power in negotiating.

The problem with the Black Community's prescription to resolve racism is that nothing in the prescription rests directly on individual efforts, individual responsibility and individual actions.

As long as the only methodology recommended is to beg for grace from others, their fate is in the hands of others.

Their approach is no different than the approach of any other subservient group begging grace of their superiors. The current process is like children begging for some version of a pony for Christmas.

A successful approach would be to create a culture within the Black Community that strives for excellence in all endeavors and in all actions rising like a champion. Not carried like a cripple.

There is no reason why this minority can not be advancing more rapidly in all areas and all disciplines than other minorities in our country.

All minorities in America assimilate with rising economic and social gains while maintaining their unique identities and pride. Why has this minority's success been so glaringly stunted?
