Trump's message to the Proud boy's and white supremacists...

But racism IS a problem
Agreed. Racism is still with us, still a problem.
And there are black racists as well as white racists.
A friend of mine who happens to be Japanese was telling me just the other day of his daughter having racial epithets shouted at her by a couple of blacks. Racism goes both ways, and Asians are often a target. So are whites, in a black community.

On the other side, I live in a community of mostly people of Mexican ancestry, and never seem to have a problem with being, in reality, an ethnic minority (white, not Hispanic). We can get along.

I am absolutely certain that there are small minded folks who hate various people for various reasons related to preconceptions.

There are also people who judge people based on the cover and not the book.

In our world, the "cover", the first impression, is often the only impression. If the goal of the individual is to present an in-your-face-go-screw-yourself impression, that's okay. But the result in on the presenter, not the observer.

We are in a society now in which the Black Culture is striving to be a separate culture. There seem to be forces that are encouraging this for other, unassociated motives.

If we assume that humans are humans and acknowledge that other minorities are assimilating well and advancing to better results than are Blacks, then we must examine other options for a cause of the failure of the Black individuals to advance.

We know with certainty that the US society is both conscious of and accepting of minorities advancing to superior positions in our society based on their demonstrated capabilities.

The society has demonstrated acceptance of Minority successes, particularly Black successes, and yet the Black Community is actively segregationist right now.

The problem seems to reside in the Black Community. Denying the real problem's cause would lead to a wrongly aimed set of solutions and years or decades of wasted effort to eliminate a cause that no longer exists.

The saying says that a horse can be led to water, but it's up to the horse whether he drinks or not.
Yes, there are small minded folks who hate others based on their race/ethnicity. Those folks are more numerous than many of us would like to think.
And, not all of them are white. The black leaders who are working for a segregated community are among them.
and, it's not just blacks, but also Jews, Asians, Hispanics as well. We'd be so much better off not to pigeonhole people into categories. The small minded folks tend to stereotype, all blacks are thus and so, all Jews are this, all Asians are that, etcetera. The more we mix, the more will realize that those stereotypes are not true and lead to discrimination and hatred.

Racism is not THE problem unless you're a socialist. To socialist leaders and influencers of the black community, since the black community is miserable, there must be racism and racism must be the ONLY reason why the black community is miserable...Which is circular thinking and also doesn't do any miserable blacks any favors (does black socialist leaders and influencers favors, though).

How does one manage to pack so much racism into one argument?

And “racism is not the problem unless you’re a socialist”, or a Black person living in America.

PS: It’s gonna be funnier than usual when you babble about the rACe CaRd being played after typing out the word “socialist” like a tic.

I don't know if race is the problem. There is a problem with not being able to accept people with other ideas Republicans would love black people - if the black community voted for them. So it's an easy target. That sort of thinking though quickly devolves into racism

George Carlin stated, a little crudely, that to solve the race issues, we just need to keep f------g each other so we all end up the same "color".

Of course, Sweden lists Finlanders as a minority within their country, so... This seems to demonstrate that as a race we are "difference assessment machines".

Any difference that can be perceived or imagined is identified and quantified. The problems in Ireland between one flavor of Christianity and the other are another example. Sunnis and Shiites is another example.

We take joy in so many things that are unifying in one way and divisive in another.

How about this racism: That blacks must be miserable 'cause there is racism and racism is the only reason for the miserableness?

It's simple. The GOP embraces capitalism (to a degree:rolleyes:). Black leaders and influencers are socialist (don't embrace capitalism). Black leaders and influencers benefit from the 'hatred' of the GOP but black people don't.

How about it?

You're saying your racism is better? Is acceptable?:ROFLMAO:

I’m not saying any of that. You’re arguing with yourself and laughing about it. Dunno.

How about it?
Mebe you can justify your circular thinking. That blacks are miserable and that must be because of racism.
Does that justify your racism against whites? I think it does to you. ANTIFA members must really have bad personal images of themselves since most of the guys and gals of ANTIFA are white.

PS. The socialist doesn't consider the motivations or actions of a person like those who are injured by cops. The socialist is only interested in statistics.

This doesn’t mean anything.
