Now, I know a bunch of trump supporters are going to swoop in and claim the "unnamed sources" have no merit.
If this is true, however, it's the clearest evidence that our criminal president attempted to obstruct justice.
trump is a liar!
After the break up of the Soviet Union, American business started to go to Russia, in an attempt to tap into new markets. Coke was one of the first big players to get in. All these businesses have had to deal with the Soviet to Russian transitional system, which had traces of cold war KGB paranoia. They still saw the US as the enemy, and thought that America was using the business as a front to spy.
The businesses need to build trust, at the highest levels, to appease the paranoid bureaucracy. Putin is the man you need to talk to if you want to play ball. He is former head of KGB. Rex Tillerson, former Secretary of State, developed this rapport for big oil over the years, which is why he was picked by Trump. This saved time in terms of getting things done. Part of the building of trust is connected to bribery of top officials. Anything Trump may have done; bribery, was also done by Coke and other American businesses, with Coke having to pioneer these bribing procedures; test the waters.
The fact that Trump
did not get a hotel built, may have been because Putin must of thought he was a spy. A luxury hotel, golf corse ad casino would have been a perfect front for the CIA or even KGB to spy on rich Russian Oligarchs and high level Russian bureaucrats or even American diplomats and VIPS. Putin did not see this as a winning situation for Russia or he it would have been built. The Democrats may have helped Putin, avoid being set up by the CIA or whatever black operations that approached Trump. He is a patriot and would go along and still make money.
If Trump did bribe Putin, to get a hotel, but got nothing, then Trump is in the drivers seat. It is like giving person a gift who does not have one for you. You have something over them. The person giving the money is in charge. Putin gave the Clintons $25 million. That means Putin was driving that car. The Clintons owed him which could explain the heads up in terms of the Trump Hotel.
Obama did not appear to get his share of the Russian-Putin bribe, even though his authority was key to the uranium deal. Obama did not have a Charitable Foundation to use as a front for tax free bribes. It is possible Putin may paid him more than $25 million, but in a discrete way to avoid the IRS and Republican eyes who would make this an issue. This leverage of Putin over Obama; Putin the gift giver, appears to have caused the Democrats to get paranoid and circle the wagons.
The spying on Trump Tower caused the Obama FBI to depart from the American way of justice; procedures, and act more like the KGB. Where did they learn that? This may have been Obama's quip pro quo. I am not sure if everyone is square or whether Putin still owes Trump one. When Trump playfully asked the Russians could find Hillary lost e-mails for the FBI, the Democrats flipped out since they may have thought this was the Putin payoff to Trump for their quip pro quo. They had to prevent this from happening.
