Can't imagine that would be necessary. Just taking out military, communications, government, and infrastructure facilities would probably do the trick.

It turns out the government there is deeply unpopular with its own people. Many of them are just waiting for a chance for someone to just weaken the regime's military even a little bit, and they can take it from there. If this is coordinated with dissident groups both within and outside the country, we could be looking at regime change there- and that would be a huge step towards peace and stability in the region- not to mention the world.

Hmmmm. Whose opinion to go with. The Ukrainians who have been using that western equipment to fight the Russians or the opinion of one who couldn’t even make it past basic training and has had a love affair with Russia ever sense.

Really tough call there.

The literal millions of tons of ordinance dropped on Indochina in utterly failed campaigns demonstrate how meaningless your flailing is

I understand you can’t handle facing historical reality, but that doesn’t actually make it go away.

You squealed that the U.S. failure in Cuba was because it “only committed a few resources”.

It committed vastly more and still lost in Indochina, so that’s clearly false.
