There is plenty that Ukraine can and will do. When Moscow and St. Petersburg are in the dark you will see.

Ukraine lacks the power to accomplish any such thing.

And trying to do so would ensure they could never reclaim their country at any point within the next few centuries.

As Hamish has pointed out, this war will end when one government or the other collapses.

The government surviving the longest will control all of Ukraine, whether that be Moscow or Kyiv.

LOL They have already knocked out 40% of Russia's refinery capacity and are just starting on their thermal power plants and electric substations. Most of Russia will be in the dark and without heat by Christmas and there is nothing Putin can do about it. Putin will fall in 2026 and Ukraine will reclaim all its 1991 territory.

Obviously, I am rooting for Kyiv, but that and $3.75 will get them a round for a rifle.
