Trump says Iran and Israel agree to a ceasefire

Start with USS Liberty, then Pollard's "hero" welcome home after Israel sold American intelligence to the Russians, then the Palestinian land grabbing to such an extent as to make a 2 state solution next to impossible, then the refusal to capitulate to the 10/7 hostage demands which cost the lives of many of those hostages - including the ones that were shot by the IDF - despite the pleas of anguished families to see to their release, then the ongoing occupation and annihilation of Gaza through the murderous bombing and shooting of women and children amounting to the tens of thousands, then starving them, then the assault on Iran beginning with multiple assassinations in Iran, all to provoke a war that Israel prefers not to fight without US financial and military support, then the constant Israeli siphoning off of American taxpaid dollars in the billions, then all the illegal settlements on the West Bank, shall I go on??

Israel still genociding Palestinians. Check.
Russian ceasefire on day 1. Nope.

Appears objectively worse in my opinion with the latest escalation.

Why should I when it's finally sinking in to the heads of average Americans that they're being used by a foreign government that has been undermining their interests both financially and defensively, and has operated without restraint, challenging world peace and American values with indiscriminate ambushes, sadistic methodologies against neighboring nations and occupied people, blatant assassinations on foreign soil, and capricious, irresponsible missile attacks and bombings to try to embroil good Americans in their unworthy agenda

As of today, the truce between Iran and Israel appears to be holding despite initial violations by both sides.
Let's hope this continues.
 
Those hoping for a ceasefire, should continue to remain optimistic but cautious. ☮️

President Trump says a ceasefire between Israel and Iran has taken effect, after lashing out earlier Tuesday over alleged violations of the truce he helped broker, and excoriating Israel for its plan to resume strikes on Iran.

"ISRAEL is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly 'Plane Wave' to Iran," the president wrote on social media. "Nobody will be hurt, the Ceasefire is in effect!"

Honestly it would take at least a month before I’d consider cease fire viable between these guys. I don’t see it happening but here’s to hoping.
