If it happened in El Salvador, you would have a point...but just like Gitmo we are paying for a section of that prison...so, we have jurisdiction over the people we send to prison there...we are literally renting the prison from them.

You are a such a liar. That is NOT what I stated. I stated the SCOTUS let the lower court ruling stand. That ruling the lower court was to effectuate the immediate return of Garcia. Why do you feel compelled to lie all the time? Is it your propensity to practice WWTD? Figures.

If they can send Kristi Noem over there to film her TactiBarbie cosplay migrant snuff porn they can send someone over to bring him back. If they can ****ing free Andrew Tate from ****ing house arrest and bring him stateside they can bring him back. And if they wanted to they can threaten to annex El Salvador if they wanted to bring him back just like they've threatened to annex everything else.

Oh, you were not able to detect the difference in what the lower court said and what the Supreme Court ruled? Maybe you were just blinded by your urge to call people names and you missed it.

Now to top it all off, he has the gall to claim that if the SCOTUS demands his return, he "...can't force return of the man mistakenly deported", which he is actually just refuses to.
If a white American was being illegally held by any country (besides Russia), he would demand his return and work to make it happen.

The SCOTUS ruled unanimously that the LOWER COURT RULINGS stood. Is that hard for you comprehend?

In the filing, written in Vasquez’s own handwriting, she alleges Abrego Garcia repeatedly beat her, writing: "At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me."


Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released court documents regarding Abrego Garcia, which cast further doubt on the Democrats' narrative about his innocence.

DHS released new documents this week, which it says definitively proves Abrego Garcia, who was deported to the El Salvadoran mega prison "Terrorism Confinement Center" (CECOT) last month, is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.


According to a Prince George's County Police Department interview sheet shared with Fox News by DHS, local police discovered Abrego Garcia during a murder investigation. Police found him loitering in a Home Depot parking lot with other known MS-13 gang members in possession of illicit drugs in 2019.

Explain why it is ok for the Trump Administration to ignore the SC ruling. A 9-0 ruling.

Seems the wife is responding the what the Trump Administration is saying

:"Vasquez Sura acknowledges the civil filings against her husband, but explains that after surviving a previous domestic violence relationship, she decided to seek a civil protective order against Abrego Garcia "out of caution." She then added, "Things did not escalate, and I decided not to follow through with the civil court process."
The Prince George's County court online system indicates that the case was dismissed after the petitioner did not appear in court.
