Trump tried in Portland and failed. He's all set to fail some more.

He didn't fail. The leftists kicked him out. And, Trump was only trying to defend the federal courthouse, which it was defended. He wasn't allowed to defend Portland. These rioters in Portland need to be taken down by Army AK47's. Take them all out so that the only ones left standing are the peaceful protesters. Portland has now got to the point where they have surrendered to the rioters and just let them riot.

They grabbed people off the streets blocks away from the courthouse, and in one case admitted that the kid wasn't a suspect in any crime.

They kicked him out because the violence was increasing. The goal was to decrease the violence. That means he failed. After the troops left the building the violence decreased. Kicking him out was the best thing that could have happened.

The military trains on how to win hearts and minds, there is a manual on how to do it. Just follow that regimen internally and de-escalate the situation. Think about what we have done across the world in combat zones or war zones. When the populace is in revolt, the key to calming down the situation is to calm it down, not enflame it. The military knows exactly how to do this and it is common sense. Listen to the people, address what you can quickly, make progress, invest in the things that truly impact them, the tools available to us are already known. Lets first acknowledge their grievances and put as much care into helping our own people as we do others across the world.

LOL. So when someone is found innocent you claim the evidence was suppressed? You aren't supposed to charge anyone unless you have the evidence. And, this is America, we have a right not to incriminate ourselves. Do you want to forgo that right from now on?

When the evidence was copenly suppressed?

Hell yes I do.

And in case you didn't know, witness testimony is evidence. But trump had all the corroborating evidence denied to the investigations and forbade corroborating witnesses from testifying.

Further, internal emails from an administration department are not trump. So they are not protected from self incrimination.

If the judge grants a search warrant you don't get to tell the cops "No, you may not search my house. Get out!" What they find does not qualify as "self incrimination" just because it belongs to you.

You narratives have grown too stupid.

Now they're just making you look stupid. And proudly so.

He should be meeting with these governors and have conversations on what to do about it. Instead he condemns the Dems which is not how a leader of the country which means both republicans and democrats , should be doing. That is what his responsibility is.

How do you know he is not talking to those governors; offering them national guard troops; getting their input?
Even if you saw he was doing those things you think he should be doing, that is not going to change your opinion of him.
So what is the point?

LOl. They were there in the first place because of the violence and after the left chased them out they have now reached the point where they just let the rioters riot.

I don't agree. The reasoning has to come from both sides. Every time the protests start settling down, another unarmed black man gets shot.

Trump and his racists cohorts will never even look at legislation that may begin to address the concerns of the colored people.

The democrats in the house have already passed a few bills working toward the goals of the minorities.

Joe Biden is a democrat. You all figure it out. Trump is just fanning the flames, not helping.

Hey Anti;
You're grasping at straws. You wrote:
"trump and his racists cohorts will never even look at legislation that may begin to address the concerns of the colored people. "

Tell me what piece of legislation (need all three branches, don't you know) could actually address the concerns of "colored people"? BTW, we don't use the term 'colored people' any more. It is demeaning.

I don't think you even partially understand things.

I believe that your understanding of "things" has no basis in reality.

What can Trump do to "fix things" in Democratic-run cities where politicians cannot stop riots?

How do you know he is not talking to those governors; offering them national guard troops; getting their input?

So what is the point?

So if he is helping them why does he continue to demonize them. He is not uniting the parties he continuously divides them. And your opinion will not change either. So there is no point. You have a nice day.

All of this is a state problem. Unless the governors request federal assistance, it is totally, 100% up to them to handle it. The governors have the tools, it's up to their discretion whether or not use those tools and what amount. This has nothing at all to do with the federal government. The onus is on each city mayor until he passes it up to the governor by requesting assistance from the governor. Then the onus is on each state governor until the governor requests federal assistance. That's the way this works and always has.

It is so easy to blame Trump for everything.
When state or urban problems appear to be insoluble, just go to "blame Trump" to make people feel better.
It would be helpful if we could take your statement above; highlight it; enlarge it; and paste it at the top of every web page that contains 'blame Trump' posts.

How can I possibly disagree with someone who tells me to "have a nice day".
Just like the cashier in the supermarket. Heartfelt and sincere.
I feel better already because maybe I will have a nice day.

What evidence was suppressed? If you know about it, then it wasn't suppressed. If you don't have enough evidence you don't have enough evidence. You aren't supposed to charge someone without sufficient evidence and, in this country, you can't force a person to provide the evidence against themselves. That goes against our core values.

OK Boomer.

You obviously can't see what you're told not to see.

Most of the witnesses said there always documentary evidence: correspondence, emails and text messages that would corroborate their statementsthise were withheld, under the premise, since shot down by the SC, that trump's entire administration enjoys blanket immunity.

You shouldn't charge someone unless you have the evidence to back it up. Heresy is not acceptable. And, as I said, in America we don't require the accused to come up with evidence against themselves.

They failed. They got kicked out. Sadly things have escalated again due to the right wing.
Portland suffers serious street violence as far right return '''prepared to fight'''
Last weekend a rightwing “Say no to Marxism in America” rally saw serious, widespread violence. Much of it came from rally attendees – who included members of far-right groups like the Proud Boys – and was directed not only at leftist counter-protesters, but also reporters.

Because under Obie, Bush, and Clinton, Democrats weren’t validating and encouraging the rioting.

Pelosi ripped up the SOTU address. In front of the House. The DNC Convention was filled with images and music glorifying aggressive protest, which turns into violent protest.

These people are violently protesting because they know the Democratic Party has their back.

P. S. Is Obama responsible for the Muslim Terrorist Attacks and school shootings that happened under his watch?

Please don't reply to me with stupidity.

Thanks

Over heard the other day...Joe Biden...'riots, what riots?'

Which would be the best at stopping the rioting, Trump or Joe?

Trump is "tough on crime" and has sworn to crush the rioters wherever they appear.

Joe can talk to them, get them to listen to reason and stop rioting.

Don't we already have the answer? Who's the president now?

Biden will just let his people donate to groups that bail them out those doing the violence. So that's a no on Joe Biden stopping the violence.

Kamala Harris ripped for flip-flopping on rioters after she asked for donations to bail them out of jail
Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris asked supporters in June to donate to Minnesota rioters who were arrested, in a tweet now earning her criticism after condemning rioters’ violence this weekend.

“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota,” Harris tweeted on June 1, just days after the Memorial Day death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
