They're not discharging him. It's just a stunt. I watched his video, and his voice was different. That might have been previously recorded as well.

The man needs to be stopped. Hopefully the 25th will be used. Those poor secret service agents. In that car with him. Good god, he has no moral at all.

It's just a short motorcade ride to show his supporters he's ok. He's already returning to Walter Reed. It's a photo-op.

He will not use the 25th. Mark Meadow goes to Walter Reed to give him documents to sign.

If surgery was required, using the 25th would be mandatory because it involves putting him to sleep. But that does not happen to many COVID-19 patients.
