Thank God Trump backed down. It was the right move, and now I'm going to have a hard referring to "TACO", because TACO was indeed the proper move forward here.

BTW - OT - It looks like I'm going to be doing a 427 build. And it will be fairly L88-like. It would be a near replica, if I had my way. But the owner of the car it's going into seems to want a more modern cam. We shall see . . .

Think about it. And it may hurt. It may have been the strategy of the US to get them to move it out before they bombed. How many times this past week has Trump been on TV naming the installations we would bomb.

So did he lie about there being an actual agreement recognized by Iran and Israel or not? On CNN, they say they have no idea if TACO is full of BS and winging it, hoping. It's pretty grandiose :rolleyes: ...like his best case scenario for him to go down in history as the POTUS that ended the conflict in the ME.

You know, Iran knows this before agreeing to any ceasefire. That they will have to submit to thorough, substantive inspections before they are "safe" from Israel, and possibly US. Before the conveniently and hopefully named "12 days war" is actually concluded.

And what makes anybody think that Iran's going to submit to that now? Did TACO lay out such conditions in his "proclamation" today?

Why on earth does that matter? We're in the middle of a war now. It's not over. And his "feelings" today are important? Holy shit.

You even acknowledge this in the rest of your statement.
