Who is flip flopping? Trump has not yet made a decision on using bunker busting bombs in Iran to take out Fordow. I rather hope he does order the hit. However, in the long run, it's up to what's left of the Iranian regime.

The fact that he is decisionless at this point is not the issue. The issue is he flip flops and uses doublespeak all the time and is not dependable in the least. I'd rather he give the bunker buster to Israel and let them bomb Fordow. Netanyahu played tRump again. Start a war and let the US finish it. There isn't a good track record of regime busting in the ME. If the Iranian opposition isn't in a position of strength after this dust up is over, nothing will change and another extremist goverment will fill the void.

When citizens have little faith in their duly elected Commander-in-chief, it is best they think about a suitable alternative. The bench is so thin, the Dems are actually thinking about an investor who owns a basketball team, Mark Cuban.

The electorate was not fickle about securing our southern border. The warning signs for the democrats was there, however they stupidly ignored them.

I tend to believe you are right. Look at 2020 where, despite the utter and stupid destruction of the George Floyd BLM-led riots caused by brain dead nihilistic losers, the Dems managed to prop up an old senile candidate who beat Trump. The Dems did a good job demeaning Trump, in 2020, and accusing him of killing hundreds of thousands of Americans by not doing whatever during the start of the pandemic. And the following year, 2021, more Americans died from Covid under Biden than in 2020.
Go figure. Voters are fickle.

As far as 2028 goes, we all know the consequence of wrong moves by Trump over the next three years.
Because I want JD Vance to be president, I want Trump to be right with his momentous decisions.
Sadly, there are millions of so-called Americans who want Trump to fail so they can elect another Progressive who is beholden to a segment of the electorate that failed to deliver last November.

Imo, as long as we have a majority of the electorate that are 1 or 2 issue voters who aren't interested in or can't see the forest for the trees, our progress toward fixing all that ails us will be slower than a snail's pace.

Well, the majority of the electorate in 2024 did see immigration law enforcement as a major issue and voted accordingly. And progress was swift. We now have effective control of our southern borders.
 
The US Congress should stop Trump from ordering US military action against Iran - a country which the US is not at war with, by taking back its constitutional power to declare war and by stripping Trump and his administration from using any war powers they might try to employ to start a war by circumventing Congress. Congress, not the US Administration, has the power to declare war and to begin wars and conflicts of choice. Shut the fool down before he sinks America's military and trillions of tax revenues into another Middle Eastern conflict-quagmire. The man and his sycophants are completely incompetent.
