He appealed that order and it was confirmed, with the provision that he not be deported to El Salvador. It isn't a question of guilt or innocence. It's a matter of due process. Deportation orders don't expire so, now that he is back in this country, he should be deported to some other country.
Garcia was ordered out of the country 6 years before Bondi got her job. Her role now should be just to insure that the order is executed.
