The Republican Party needs a good cleansing enema to purge itself of the dangerous infection of right libertarianism and tea party extremism that have gotten them to this point today. The best way to do that is have Trump or Carson run a year from now, get their proverbial asses handed to them and see republicans down ticket suffer and lose as well as the nation rejects that sort of extremism and irresponsibility.

The adults then sitting at the Republican table can pick up the pieces, reform, reorganize and regroup and have a better and stronger party without the far righties and kooks that today wield power in the party.

A big part of that is telling the righties to go and form their own party and run their own candidates and build their own political organization and stop trying to hijack the GOP.
