It is a whole new world where the left is so extrem that they’ve lost the Presidency, the House, the Senat, the Supreme Court but still can find a pocket or two of judges who will risk their own reputation to try to “own Trump” one last time.
It’s the final stage of TDS for them.
No a normal judge doesn’t issue a verbal TRO with no input from the parties it is being issued against. It isn’t like executive branch is hiding under a bridge and can’t be found.
In all these threads you have the same red faces and crying liberals repeatedly asserting that the judicial branch is the final arbiter of the law, that everything it issues a ruling on must be followed and no one is allowed to question or ignore their rulings.
A PRESIDENT ISN'T A KING!
So this thread is to help improve your understanding of the Constitution and help get you to the next steps of your coping about these matters. Well actually you'll just see how your defense of Biden pardons completely screwed you (yet again) and how you are going to have to cry some more.
First we already have the issue of Presidential Immunity that has been settled.
So if this is a core Article II power, immigration for example, the President has absolute immunity. Even if a lone judge wants to declare the President broke the law, they're going to be ignored because we have a clear ruling on this matter.
However let's imagine several judges all declare the entire Trump administration is generally lawless and going full rogue and acting unconstitutionally on a massive number of matters. How do they fix that after their rulings are issued?
The answer is.... they make referrasl to the EXECUTIVE BRANCH who then has that role of EXECUTING AND ENFORCING THE LAWS.
So when that executive branch doesn't act on it, then the judges have done all they can do. ALL they can do is issue their ruling. All enforcement is beyond their branch of government.
We've seen this in reverse with Biden not enforcing loan provisions for loans he claimed he had forgiven, basically also not requiring those agencies he didn't want doing work to come into work and lastly just not engaging in any immigration enforcement. Judges would rule against it but that is all they can do.
So the President enforces the laws including against himself if a judge were to issue a ruling.
So now you have a lawless President, who's job is it to stop him or her?
Well a judge can issue a ruling but again that is all they can do. The other check and balance on this is CONGRESS. They would have to impeach if they really felt like the bar were high enough in these matters.
Finally we have the "Biden standard" for the final way a President can check and balance the judiciary and that is PARDON POWER.
We've just had a bunch of very fun leftists fully justify BLANKET Biden pardons for broad swaths of time and for uncharged or even unknown federal crimes.
President Trump can issue blanket pardons for any member of his administration that any judge declares is breaking the law or ignoring their case law and rulings.
But...but...but....
No it is a Presidential power and it cannot be litigated or adjudicated per those on the left. It can't be revoked, questioned, or ruled against.
I mean sure these folks will change their mind on that the SECOND the name TRUMP is inserted but hey, double standards are the only standard for them.
If a lone judge wants to make themselves President they can be ignored. Their rulings will have no teeth because the enforcement mechanism is the President. Any law they declare was broken or any person they would try to imprison can just be pardoned by the President.
The checks and balances go both ways, not just one way. Learn it, live it, love it.
It would probably be a good idea for you to stop trying to tell people about the law and constitution as you clearly have no knowledge of either subject. To start, the president having immunity does not make their actions legal. It just means they cannot be prosecuted.

There is nothing to understand. You presented a Gish Gallop of nonsense. You didn't support any of your claims or arguments except one.... :
On July 1, 2024, the Supreme Court ruled in Trump v. United States that presidents have absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for those official acts which fall within their "exclusive sphere of constitutional authority". For those official acts that do not fall within this inner core, but nevertheless within "the outer perimeter of his official responsibility", a president enjoys at least a presumptive immunity. When it comes to unofficial acts, there is no immunity.[48] The case was returned to the lower courts to determine whether Trump's actions related to the January 6, 2021, attacks on the U.S. Capitol were official or not, and if so, then to which degree of immunity they would be entitled.
So if this is a core Article II power, immigration for example, the President has absolute immunity. Even if a lone judge wants to declare the President broke the law, they're going to be ignored because we have a clear ruling on this matter.
Immune from Criminal prosecution. Nobody is claiming a crime has been committed by the individual who is the current president. Just because the supreme court has granted "absolute immunity from criminal prosecution" does not mean that the president cannot be wrong when interpreting the law and that the court cannot therefore intervene.
My suspicion is you will again deflect and not address this rebuttal, but I'm open to being wrong on that score.

Your infantile analysis is laughable. The immunity ruling means Trump cannot be criminally prosecuted for his so-called official, core actions. That does NOT mean that Trump's many unconstitutional executive orders are "immune" from judicial review. Those executive orders can be (and are being) stopped if found to be unconstitutional.
The question of the day is, if Trump ignores judicial Orders and blows off the rule of law, will that FINALLY lead to an impeachment that removes him from office? (Third time's the charm!)

He's just upset that Dear Leader was told "no", and is scrambling for excuses for Trump's power grabs. In the end, MAGAs want Trump to be a dictator the likes of Un or Xi.

I think where Trump and his people are going with this is that lack of "criminal" prosecution is all they need for absolute power. Judges can review and issue orders all they like. Dear Leader can ignore them all as part of this "official" duties. Without criminal prosecution, nothing (of consequence) can be done to him. Therefore, he can just do whatever he wants.

The left wants to destroy the country, make it something it is not. They believe women ought to be forced to compete with biological men in their sports. Crazy. They want democrats to make crazy decisions that the court says is illegal, Biden's loan forgiveness, then say they'll do it anyway. The democrats think firebombind Tesla's is an ood way to protest the government trying to get ride of fraud, waste and abuse in spending. The democrats believe dangerous criminal illegal immigrants wo were deported for crimes ought to be brought back to the U.S. That's the democrats.
Democrats believe in due process. Nevertheless, it’s good to know you examined the records of all those who were deported before you came to the conclusion that they were “dangerous criminal illegal immigrants.” You did do that, didn’t you?
Right. That’s totally the same as ignoring the courts. I mean the President used an actual enumerated power granted to him and the Republicans are furious that they can’t stage show trials.

They ignored the law with regard to immigration. They ignored the law with regard to student loans. Selective enforcement is the same as breaking the law. The point remains your threat is empty. Everything you've threatened was already deemed better under a second Trump term than any form of Democrat term. That is why Trump won.
There is no threat about Trump that the entire American electorate hasn't evaluated and used for their vote. They decided Democrat policies and execution of law and order were worse.

Really? The law says that Illegals get a hearing and judicial review of their cases prior to deportation. Due process of law? Maybe you heard of it?
So why is Trump ignoring those laws? Isn’t ignoring laws bad?
Shall I continue? There are more laws than send them home. There are more Rights for the Illegals, and all people in the nation, than kick them out. But none of those laws matter to you do they? Unless of course it is you who is being targeted. Then of course, it is a huge problem right?
