Where are the announcements of new hospital construction - temporary mobile hospitals in afflicted areas - etc.? What's being done about it?

My understanding is that it is "the worst" as it relates to being contagious but not more deadly. We have vaccines, boosters, and therapeutics. That is about all that can be done. One, the Biden Admin doesn't say to mask up indoors, and nobody -- hardly anyone, anyway - wears masks indoors or outdoors anymore.

Two, they haven't said how often to get a booster. For example, those of us with J&J shot and booster, when do we get a third? There is no recommendation, no information.

Three, Trump was criticized for his policies, so why are we just following the same policies? Why not mask mandates? Why not vax mandates? Shit, there were more mask mandates when Trump was President than there are now. Nobody wears masks in my state anymore - you'll see one here, or one there, but they are remarkable in their unusualness.

Four, why no push for testing? Under Trump, the message from the Administration was to get tested if you have any symptoms at all or if you were exposed to someone who had symptoms or was positive. Now, most people don't get Covid tests if they have mild symptoms.

Five, why are schools open? Remember when closing them was important if it would save even one life, and it was so important because kids bring covid home to vulnerable grampas and grammas? Well, now, if a kid gets covid, they can return to school as soon as they get a negative covid test, and if kids have sniffles or coughs at school, they aren't sent home, like under Trump - now, they can just be assumed to have allergies or a cold, until they go home, and it's up to the parents to decide if the kid is tested or not.

In other words - all "covid measures" are pretty much over, and nobody cares - rightly so, in my view, and long overdue. What I'm pointing out is that the Democrats don't give a **** now, only because their guy is in office. That is so obvious, it's painful.
