Nothing is ever 100%. Nobody is free from error, even a professional. Being wrong is not lying.
The IPCC has never placed a temperature recording station anywhere, much less in an area that you get elevated temp. That's just asinine. You're wrong about that, therefore you're a liar! :roll:
Ptif, the IPCC doesn't place temperature stations. That's not what they do.
I assume you're talking about Watts' group taking photos of temperature stations that were not placed in accordance with established standards. It's true that many stations are placed poorly, or some were placed correctly but stuff was later built nearby. However, these stations are placed by US government agencies, not the IPCC. Furthermore, Watts' never bothers to tell you what the
result of his findings is. He leaves you to assume that his photos prove the temperature record is unreliable due to a warming bias. However, if you run the data using ONLY stations that Watts calls "good" or "best," placement, you get a nearly identical temperature record.
Remember, this is using Watts' own measurements. His own criteria. He's a skeptic, and using HIS OWN DATA proves him to be wrong.
