After Nixon's attempt at concealing and destroying documents related to Watergate, the " Presidential Records Act" was passed as an attempt to keep future Presidents, like Donald, from attempting to hide their actions from the public. "The 15 cartons of documents that were taken by Donald, they are public property, they do not belong to Donald Trump, they belong to the American people, and should have been given to the archives when he left the White House". And, because of the past precedent, because of Nixon, it's a chargeable offence. So it appears that Donald's propensity for doing just as he pleases could end up disallowing him from holding office again.
Trump's Theft of 'Public Property' Can Be Used to Ban Him From Holding Office Again: Watergate Lawyer
Appearing on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show” former Watergate lawyer Jill Wine-Banks made the case that Donald Trump’s taking and keeping of documents — some labeled “Top secret” — at Mar-a-Lago is cause for banning him from holding office again. “Exactly how much trouble could he be in here for...www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com
What hypothetical? Trump took documents. It's illegal. Those are just facts.I keep hearing a bunch of hypotheticals about Trump. Will the Democrat party turn it into objective information or will it continue to be subjective? Exhausted with all the calories burnt on Trump without definitive proof.
If he cannot run again, that would be good for The Donald's best interests, and it would be good for the nation. So it appears that Donald's propensity for doing just as he pleases could end up disallowing him from holding office again.
Well, we do have definitive proof that he removed classified documents from the White house. And, we have definitive proof that, because of the Presidential Records Act, he broke the law by taking those documents. But I'm with you. It's all meaningless until action is taken. Talk is cheap, and we've been very cheap so far.I keep hearing a bunch of hypotheticals about Trump. Will the Democrat party turn it into objective information or will it continue to be subjective? FFS. Trump worked out of Mar a Lago. You guys complained about it all the time! If he was working at Mar a Lago then it makes sense that records were there. After Nixon's attempt at concealing and destroying documents related to Watergate, the " Presidential Records Act" was passed as an attempt to keep future Presidents, like Donald, from attempting to hide their actions from the public. Agreed. If he cannot run again, that would be good for The Donald's best interests, and it would be good for the nation.
That's just what Nixon said. Yet, the "liberal media" survived Nixon. I'm pretty sure they'd live through Donald's banishment as well..
Of course, it would be very bad for the liberal media not to have The Donald to kick around anymore.
Well, wish in one hand......
And so the liberal media might see some of its members going into bankruptcy.

And if he would of returned those documents after he lost his job then there wouldn't be a problem. But, he didn't, and because of the "Presidential Records Act", there's now a problem.FFS. Trump worked out of Mar a Lago. You guys complained about it all the time! If he was working at Mar a Lago then it makes sense that records were there.
Then there should be no issue with justifying his wrong doing. Where is it? When will he be indicted? What hypothetical? Trump took documents. It's illegal. Those are just facts.
Then it shouldn't be a problem indiciting him .. right? Until that happens .. it's all hearsay .. just like H. Clinton and her email scandal.Well, we do have definitive proof that he removed classified documents from the White house. And, we have definitive proof that, because of the Presidential Records Act, he broke the law by taking those documents. But I'm with you. It's all meaningless until action is taken. He is as slippery as an eel isn’t he???I keep hearing a bunch of hypotheticals about Trump. Will the Democrat party turn it into objective information or will it continue to be subjective? Exhausted with all the calories burnt on Trump without definitive proof.
yes .. just like Hilary .. now .. what one "feels" vs. what one can "prove" is different .. just like Hilary. Until it's proven .. it's just hearsay ... just like Hilary ... see the trend? He is as slippery as an eel isn’t he???
Predictable TCR:yes .. just like Hilary .. now .. what one "feels" vs. what one can "prove" is different .. just like Hilary. Until it's proven .. it's just hearsay ... just like Hilary ... see the trend?
How's the Russia collusion going? How about the "**** them in the *****" rape comments? How about January 6 comments? Seriously .. a bunch of hypotheticals that'll follow the same route as Hilary Clinton ... If it's objective .. should be an easy win for a grand jury indictment .
Just like Hilary ... currently .. it's all hypotheticals.Predictable TCR:

If it's not settled in court .. we can get excited about it all day long. Where is that with Trump? Clinton?Where's the hypothetical? Maybe you used the wrong word?
We'll see what happens, but there's nothing hypothetical about it
Then it should be pretty easy to indict Trump... right? Otherwise, it's just a big nothing burger. The GOP has been after Hillary since she proposed a healthcare plan when she was First Lady.
She has been cleared of everything she has been accused of do to the fact all chary were bullshit, everyone knew it but she went through the process without any obstruction of justice.
Trump on the other hand has bribed and controlled for decades, but he has thrown too many people under the bus and his issues are just beginning…
the only group facts are hypothetical to, are the Cult.Just like Hilary ... currently .. it's all hypotheticals.
