After Nixon's attempt at concealing and destroying documents related to Watergate, the " Presidential Records Act" was passed as an attempt to keep future Presidents, like Donald, from attempting to hide their actions from the public. "The 15 cartons of documents that were taken by Donald, they are public property, they do not belong to Donald Trump, they belong to the American people, and should have been given to the archives when he left the White House". And, because of the past precedent, because of Nixon, it's a chargeable offence. So it appears that Donald's propensity for doing just as he pleases could end up disallowing him from holding office again.

I keep hearing a bunch of hypotheticals about Trump. Will the Democrat party turn it into objective information or will it continue to be subjective? Exhausted with all the calories burnt on Trump without definitive proof.

Remember when the Republicans claimed to be against confidential information leaving the WH?

What hypothetical? Trump took documents. It's illegal. Those are just facts.

If he cannot run again, that would be good for The Donald's best interests, and it would be good for the nation.

Of course, it would be very bad for the liberal media not to have The Donald to kick around anymore.

And so the liberal media might see some of its members going into bankruptcy.

And that would be very, very, very good.

Well, we do have definitive proof that he removed classified documents from the White house. And, we have definitive proof that, because of the Presidential Records Act, he broke the law by taking those documents. But I'm with you. It's all meaningless until action is taken. Talk is cheap, and we've been very cheap so far.

FFS. Trump worked out of Mar a Lago. You guys complained about it all the time! If he was working at Mar a Lago then it makes sense that records were there.

This is of no relevance.

We do not enforce laws on the ruling class be they liberal or Trumpists.

Laws like this are just an illusion for the masses.

Agreed.

.

That's just what Nixon said. Yet, the "liberal media" survived Nixon. I'm pretty sure they'd live through Donald's banishment as well.

Well, wish in one hand.....

And if he would of returned those documents after he lost his job then there wouldn't be a problem. But, he didn't, and because of the "Presidential Records Act", there's now a problem.

Then it shouldn't be a problem indiciting him .. right? Until that happens .. it's all hearsay .. just like H. Clinton and her email scandal.

He is as slippery as an eel isn’t he???

yes .. just like Hilary .. now .. what one "feels" vs. what one can "prove" is different .. just like Hilary. Until it's proven .. it's just hearsay ... just like Hilary ... see the trend?

How's the Russia collusion going? How about the "**** them in the *****" rape comments? How about January 6 comments? Seriously .. a bunch of hypotheticals that'll follow the same route as Hilary Clinton ... If it's objective .. should be an easy win for a grand jury indictment .

Predictable TCR:

it has outstanding reviews too!! LOL.

The only way we can save democracy is to ****-block people we don't like from running for office.

It's imperative we find crimes or fabricate and exaggerate them for public trials by media.

Also, we have to shut down their opinions everywhere they could be read online because democracy is in DANGER WILL ROBINSON!

Then there should be no issue with justifying his wrong doing. Where is it? When will he be indicted?
Where's the hypothetical? Maybe you used the wrong word?

We'll see what happens, but there's nothing hypothetical about it

The GOP has been after Hillary since she proposed a healthcare plan when she was First Lady.

She has been cleared of everything she has been accused of do to the fact all chary were bullshit, everyone knew it but she went through the process without any obstruction of justice.

Trump on the other hand has bribed and controlled for decades, but he has thrown too many people under the bus and his issues are just beginning…

If it's not settled in court .. we can get excited about it all day long. Where is that with Trump? Clinton?

Otherwise .. just meaningless .. It's not what you know, it's what you can prove .. and that's the reality. I suggest you provide the same lens for Trump v. Clinton.

Then it should be pretty easy to indict Trump... right? Otherwise, it's just a big nothing burger.
