You have the Goldwater rule confused with the first amendment. I have 30 years experience in 4 hospitals 2 in dementia units and 8 years in private practice. The first amendment you may have heard of it, as a democrat Im not so sure, protects my right to express a professional opinion. The rule also only applies to Drs I have a masters degree in psychology. I have published and been an expert witness in the courts. Bidens symptoms are profound. Slurred speech memory loss, shuffles when he walls, falls, makes statements disconnected form reality, wanders around lost after a speech and has to be lead by the hand. HIs history of stroke and AFIB increases dementia. Biden also has Parkinsins Disease which causes Lewy Body Dementia. He freezes stiff fir long periods and has the mask blunted affect caused by PD

You can certainly surmise possibilities but stating them as outright fact without reports from professionals or your own from firsthand, hands on, diagnoses is unprofessional.

I suggest the potential of Trump’s pathological issues. I do so based on observation of professionals like Dr. Brandy Lee and others

Even as a lay person I wouldn’t claim a there to be a diagnosis based solely at arms length observation. Certainly a professional would know better.

Thing is, we are able to observe Joe Biden, or at least were for four years, more than probably most medical providers can observe their own patients in their clinics because he was on TV all the time. He was speaking all the time. Cameras were on him all over the world.

So I don't think it's unreasonable for someone with credentials that are apropos to the point at hand to make an assessment like this. It's reasonable... not a diagnosis an educated, common sense assessment.

Folks don’t think this stuff through. If you apply that to Biden you have to apply it to Trump. Trump has lived a very public life. Especially if you are from my region (NYC metro area). He has spent far more time on TV than Biden. The press covered his business and personal life. There were books, magazine and other material published by and about him. All those Howard Stern interviews.

So if you want to go there then let’s except as diagnostic fact the over 230 mental health professionals who are on record that Trump is a pathological case and dangerous to society.
