There's no such thing as Republican health care reform. But the Dems did use their last big majorities to expand coverage to tens of millions of people and save the country trillions on health care spending, sure. Too many voters expect POTUS and Congress to get items passed on their fickle time table. The reality is that the system was designed to be slow and methodical. Obamacare is an improvement that came out of the Heritage Foundation. It was the free market alternative to socialized / universal healthcare.
