The 2015 ACA plans are out. Looks like my policy increased by 15%.

So claims you..

And supported it with a link

The poster claims something entirely different..

and also claims that fed support for the medicaid expansion drops to zero, that ACA eliminated low deductible plans, that middle class people can't afford insurance as well as poor people can and a number of other claims that are simply untrue.

And supported it with a link

That has zero to do with what the poster indicated. You tend to do that.. Make assumptions not supported by the facts as currently known. Were the doctors within a reasonable distance of the poster - according to him "no".. and I suspect he knows more about where he lives than you do...

According to *her*, Mr Makes-no-assumptions, and according to her fed support for medicaid expansion will drop to 0%

I actually had no idea if it was a he or she, which is why i used "the poster" . I actually thought the poster was a she, based on a comment about an ob/gyne somewhere up above, but didn't want to assume it... but anyway, yes.. you caught me.. I slipped up mainly due to ease.

None of which has anything to do with you not having any idea where the poster lives or what doctors are near her and just assumign that since the plan in question has some doctors that means there must be doctors near where the poster lives.

and.. for clarity, you actualyl started out calling the poster a he... so you made the assumption.. I just thought you knew what you were talkigna bout - actually, it just confused me on the sex of the poster even more:

He claimed that doctors in his area don't accept it. A provider search shows that more than 7200 doctors accept it

The poster has clearly identified herself as a female who lives in Dallas. My link clearly proves that there are more than 7200 doctors in her area while her posts clearly show that she doesn't know what she's talking about (at best) or lying (at worst) so it's no wonder that you hold her claims in such high regard

You can't even get the poster's sex right, and i'm supposed to believe you know where she lives and what doctors are near her better than she does?

Again, a prior post from you on the topic of the poster:

Oops.

Oops.

Are you denying that JJ lives in Dallas?

Are you denying that JJ lives in Dallas?

I have no idea where the poster lives... But... Dallas is a frigging big area. Did you not realize this?

You repeated the same crap I refuted previously, ignoring what I said. I can't make you understand when your intentions are elsewhere.

You refuted nothing. you just made absurd claims such as how states were not a part of the process

And yet on numerous occasion you referred to her as "he" - and now you want to call out another poster - hilarious.

And you claimed states were represented by members of congress which is, as I said, utter nonsense.

I didn't call buck out for making assumptions. It was the opposite. He accused me of making assumptions, which I do not deny. For example, I have assumed that JJ has lied about a number of things.

But buck has attacked me for making assumptions while his decribing JJ as a male proves that he makes assumptions too. IOW, we both make assumptions but I don't attack others for doing what I also do and I own up to the fact that I make assumptions

I am honest. buck's posts are not honest

You might want to check out the blue box on the left side of JJ's posts

Or I may not... since it has nothing to really do with the question... Dallas is a big area ( a total of 385.8 square miles). There can be millions of doctors in Dallas and still not a single one in network near where she lives. It's a shame you seem not to understand such simple concepts.

And yet on numerous occasion you referred to her as "he" - and now you want to call out another poster - hilarious.

Right? I read him do that multiple times then read the posters concern about a ob/gyn.. and was utterly confused. Then he has the nerve to call me out on it.

Your post here is totally dishonest. You called him out by highlighting *her* twice in a one sentence response as a sarcastic way to respond. I noted, silently, that you'd done it several times previously to Buck entering the discussion but never was so petty as to sarcastically point it out. And you call that being honest?

That's probably true. Where JJ claims to live may not have anything to do with where she actually does live

Yes, because as you are very well aware.. point A in Dallas is obviously right next door to point B in Dallas.

As a way to respond to his attacking me for making assumptions

he criticized me for making assumptions so I pointed out that he does the same.

Since I have never denied making assumptions, my pointing out his assumptions is neither dishonest nor hypocritical

Just admit it. You are wrong and it has zero to do with the fact that you still have no idea (other than a very large city) where the poster lives and can not use that information to determine if an in network doctors is nearby.

I am right

The link i posted comes with a map that shows there are doctors that accept the plan all over Dallas
