It is your responsibility as parents to at the very, very least work things out until your children have left the nest. It's unironically probably the #1 affliction in our society and one of the primary contributors to downstream social ills like domestic abuse, drug use, depression, and so on.

Russia in many ways has more freedom. In 2008 the people of California voted in a free and fair election with no allegations of fraud or coercion to protect the definition of marriage to one man and one woman, and the Democratic Party denied them their electoral victory. In Russia people wanted that protection and the Putin government immediately enacted it in 2013 and no alphabet special interest groups have been able to repeal this law

California wanted to grant rights, and was found to be Constitutional. Russia takes them away or does not grant them. It's clear which side you've thrown your lot in with.

He didn’t. But to democrats the idea of a woman becoming a wife and mother is toxic because married women don’t vote for democrats so the entire assault on the marriage institution is clearly for their benefit. It’s likely mass immigration. To them what benefits their political party is key

Prior to 2012 that had some semblance of truth, but Putin asserted himself as absolute dictator and the people have no say in the affairs of the the restored USSR.

Conservatives believe in legislating behavior. I'm conservative on many financial issues but I will not vote to enable the party. The trend seems to be sickeningly reversing towards the Dark Ages and that cannot be allowed. At 63, I'm pretty sure I will not submit a single Republican vote for the rest of my life. The party is now gutless and cowardly and focuses on too many of the wrong things to ensure a healthy future for our country.
