A Texas woman was sentenced to five years behind bars this week for voting illegally in the 2016 election while on supervised release from federal prison.

Crystal Mason, 43, testified in court that she did not know that she was ineligible to vote due to her 2011 fraud conviction before casting a provisional ballot in the presidential election. In Texas, knowingly voting illegally is a second-degree felony, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Maybe they also bused her to New Hampshire to participate in the 'massive voter fraud' that Trump claimed cost him the popular vote lead in 2016. I'll bet the Repubs are already looking into that.
 
Voter fraud is fake news, doesn't happen.

And it worked. She cast a provisional ballot. Didn't get counted. But it's still voter fraud.

And photo ID had no role in stopping or preventing it.

Yeah, by the way, we in NH are still waiting for the evidence of the 3000 people Hillary Clinton had bussed in here on election day to throw the state for her. I wonder when Trump and his trolling sidekick Stephen Miller plan to provide it? It's been over a year since they made the accusation.
 

Voter fraud is real. I am convinced over 300 trillion illegals votes were cast. I have been following the articles and talking points, facebook memes ect that provide concrete proof of wide spread voter fraud.

I have been keeping a tally on this website if you'd like to see the every bit of credible, intelligent proof. PROOF
 

And how do you explain this. This BUS is clearly in New Hampshire. Which is condemning enough. But if you look very closely you can see a bike. People in other states ride bikes. Really starts to paint a clear picture.

...the ID is not what stopped her. Your driver's license doesn't have your criminal background on it.

This woman's sentence seems unduly harsh. Then again, she is black in a Texas court.

Five years is the minimum/maximum sentence for a felony such as criminal use of a gun or electronic weapon (53a-216).

In Maine and Vermont, inmates can vote while imprisoned.

Rote also was deemed to have 'mental deficiencies' which probably played a part as well. That said, 5 years is ridiculous.
