Are they facts though? Your facts don't seem to match with what the DSM actually says. Here it is again.

For example, in much of the U.S., wearing a dress is considered a “feminine” gender expression, and wearing a tuxedo is considered a “masculine” gender expression. Such expectations are culturally defined and vary across time and culture. One’s gender expression does not necessarily align with their gender identity. Diverse gender expressions, much like diverse gender identities, are not indications of a mental disorder.

Well if you have a doctor that's you going to inject a 9 year old with canine hormones because he identifies as a dog yeah the government should step into that and not your old child that has no more ability to turn into a dog and then they do to change sex.

I would consider transitioning a child to be child abuse. I can't blame parents for it because if they go to the doctor and the doctor says you can either have a dead daughter or a living son that's blackmail and the doctor should face jail time.

The American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Psychological Association say its a matter of health care.

The higher rates of suicide attempts by young transgenders in states that prohibit this care is not due to the doctors.

Parents do not have a blank check to harm their children. In extreme cases of bad parenting, this being an example of such a case, the state is perfectly justified in saying "No, minors can't consent to this, and no, parents can't consent on their behalf." For exactly the same reason a 10-year-old can't get a face tattoo even with parental consent. I'm sure there are some shitty parents who would consent to that, but too bad.

One of the many problems we need to correct is the Supreme Court. This isn’t a court calling constitutional balls and strikes, they’re just an extension of an extremist right wing agenda forcing more government control into our lives. We need something new, to be honest. Not sure what that would look like.
