Lie--left-wing--liberal--yer material is getting old, Conservative .
Would be happy to have anyone here show me using Treasury Data that Clinton ever had a surplus for any fiscal year he was in office?
So is the claim that Clinton had a surplus and no Treasury data proving that
Still doing your Cheney/Rumsfeld imitation of rewriting history ?
I didn't know Clinton was part of the Super Doomsday thread.
Thank you for pointing that out.
Let us all know when you've joined this century, Conservative .
I may watch the Trump vs. Hillary.
Comic gold.
Since Treasury data doesn't support your claim maybe this article will explain it better than I have been able to do
The Myth of the Clinton Surplus |
Another interesting article about...what else, Donald Trump and the disaster that is about to befall the GOP.
The GOP's Super Doomsday
I have to admit. I've never before been this entertained by politics. This **** is a hoot.
Fine. Use those metrics, if you wish. But all they do is show Bush I and II's numbers were even worse then my posted CBO numbers. Whatevs.
Apples to Apples, the Republicans sank the economy, while the Democrats have at least tread water.
The three remaining non-trumps have more delegates together than trump.
See you at a brokered convention .
At least a brokered convention would be more exciting than if the nominee was already pretty much a done deal going into the convention.
I have a friend who thinks that they are going to pick Bush at the convention, but I'm not sure they can pick someone who dropped out of the race. Maybe, the rules are often made up on-the-fly.
Bush's numbers were a disaster fueled by one trillion dollar cost of 9/11 which seems to be ignored. Even with the cost of 9/11 he spent too much but that doesn't make Obama's spending any better. Still the only metric that matters is Treasury data
So then there was no Clinton surplus, that is reality. Now the next liberal lie, Republicans tanked the economy. Prove it? the Financial crisis had a lot of players including a lot of Democrats yet you want to continue to blame Bush. That doesn't help your credibility. You at least are going to stop posting the surplus lie now let's work on the Republican tanking of the economy lie?
Next I am going to hear that Obama saved us from a second Great Depression which is nothing more than liberal talking points and lie. It was TARP that kept us out of that so called depression but the reality is TARP just kicked the can down the road.
The disaster may befal the entire USA and the world.
The total outstanding treasury debt as of December 31st 2000 was $5,662,216 (thousand), a year earlier, Dec 31 1999, it was $5,776,091. ftp://ftp.publicdebt.treas.gov/opd/opds122000.pdf
Do the math. We reduced the federal debt during that year.
You are welcome to look at the treasuries figures whatever time period you chose: https://www.treasurydirect.gov/govt/reports/pd/mspd/mspd.htm
See, it's this exact RW talking point spin garbage that pushes me into the Hillary camp even though I cannot stand Hillary or 90% of the Liberal agenda. But, people like you calling the piss that fell on our heads in 2008 rain is just too much to bear.
So, even though I firmly believe that people who pull guns on cops or otherwise resist arrest deserve to get a bullet in the head; or, that the LGBT agenda has gone completely off the rails with their insistence that we call men women if they say that's what they want to be called; or, that I consider most of our social programs to be nothing more than a means for enabling those who chronically make bad decisions, or that I believe affirmative action policies to be just as racist as anything promoted by the KKK, I'm still not voting for the retarded party that won't even admit that they screwed up by starting a war in the wrong country and sitting on their thumbs while mortgage fraud destroyed our economy and nearly spun the country into a depression.
In short, no one who is not already fully aligned with the GOP is voting for your team because your team absolutely sucks.
I am sorry but if posting actual data and making you think causes you to vote for Hillary then you are indeed one of the low information voters this country seems to have created. Interesting how "my" team sucks and "yours" doesn't which goes to show just how low your expectations are as well as your standards.
Shakes head...
You wouldn't know real data if it bit you in the behind. You're too busy imagining things, like that Obama ruined the country that Bush built.
Really? So the bank account of the United States doesn't provide real data? You believe what you want to believe and ignore anything that refutes it including the OFFICIAL data that is provided by Treasury. We have gone over this many times and still you refuse to accept the facts presented. Can't help you overcome your illness until you accept the fact you have one. You provide CBO data without total context and ignore Treasury data in context. That speaks volumes
Quit the BS. Answer this simple question. Was the "bank account" better off when Clinton left office than it was when W left?
Of course it was now you answer the question, is the bank account of the United States better off today under Obama than it was with Bush? Are you willing to admit that Clinton didn't have a Surplus?

I think the GOP is about to flush itself down the toilet and it is because they are trying to defeat him against the wishes of the voters. Talk about establishement politics.
No doubt about that.
