So I joined Daily Wire as a lifetime member

AND he hasn't stopped yet................

Good thing I have to get ready for work, now he can keep whining about the rest of us not agreeing with his news source. Bet when I come back later I will find another dozen or more defensive posts.

I challenge left-wingers to actually look at the sites and compare. They never do.
That is a very dishonest post by you, when I looked at that site and described the content and it's right-wing propaganda in that very post you replied to. Now, let's see you show the content is wrong on a left-wing site - for example, zeteo.com.

When Palpatine err... Trump declares he's using emergency powers to circumvent the Constitution.

You don't appear to understand how these things work. The POTUS has broad authority to declare national emergencies and invoke associated powers, primarily under the National Emergencies Act (NEA) of 1976. Look it up and you'll learn how broad those powers are.

Does this mean he can call anything he wants a national emergency? Of course not, and that's when our courts come into play. IOW, democracy is not in danger.

Glad I could help.

Oh, I understand very well. Between federal judges being criticized for overstepping, violent attacks on members of the Judiciary and their families, and the bill passed earlier this year that neutered the lower courts, I'd say your understanding of how our courts are currently hampered is lacking. You also underestimate how much damage can be and has been done while litigation lags behind the current administration's actions.

We have seen numerous examples of the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 14th ,and 15th Amendments being violated through EOs.

"In the spring of 2016, Shapiro wrote an article for the Daily Wire in which he stated he would "never vote for Donald Trump".

...

"On October 19, 2020, Shapiro announced that he would be voting for Trump..."
My favorite thing is that for all of the people on the right who went from "I'll never vote for him because" to "I'm his supporter" is that they never actually explain that they were wrong about any of their reasons. They don't even try. Because all of the reasons that they shouldn't support trump are so plainly obvious that it would be ridiculous to pretend they were wrong. You're going to say that you were wrong when you said Trump was a habitual liar? lol, good luck with that.

How are our courts currently hampered?
What real damage have I underestimated?
What is this damage that can be and has been done?
Tell me, I want to learn. ;)

Would you invite people who want to kill you into your home?

I have invited my good buddy Mamoun into my home on one occasion.
I saw him walking to work and offered him a ride the rest of the way.
Mamoun is the manager of the ARCO station around the corner and I usually end up either getting gas there or at the least, buying a burrito or some other sandwich on my to or from my usual puttering around town.

Nice guy, funny too.
One morning I walked in and said "Good Morning Mamoun Sassoon!" and he was puzzled until his coworker explained Vidal Sassoon to him.😆
Next day I said "It's Mamoun in the Afternoon!" like he was some FM radio deejay.
And the next day after that he piped up "Good morning Mister Haas the Boss!" ---- and that's how it plays out almost every day.

Ben Shapiro is almost human when he's reviewing very gay musicals.

It's like it's the only outlet for his repressed self.

"Life Membership" refers to the life of the publication, not the subscriber. If they shut down in the next year or two, you ain't getting a refund, not even pro-rated.

Not anymore than Publishers Clearing House winners can expect any checks now that PCH has declared bankruptcy.

Surprised you're not an evangelical. Expected better from a Catholic.

Opus Dei, learn about it and you will understand hardcore fundamentalist Catholic evangelism.
By the way, Mel Gibson built his own personal church because HE is SO hardcore that even Opus Dei isn't radical enough for him.
Mel is a sedavacantist, a Catholic who says that the papal throne has been vacant since the council on Vatican II because everything after Vatican II is heresy and apostasy, and
all the popes after that have been imposters.

So, I guess it's possible that Opus Dei is NOT "the most radical" Catholic sect, it's the second most, after Mel and his sedavacantists, which number in the hundreds.
Opus Dei is about 90 thousand official members and something like a few hundred thousand followers but some of those followers are extremely wealthy and well connected, like "Supreme Court level" connected.

There are plenty of threads here on DebatePolitics that provide examples if you were genuinely interested (your emoji suggests otherwise). As to your questions, willful denial seems prevalent given that I already covered those from a high level. If you want more details, search DebatePolitics for immigration, detainment, and human rights as a start.

Wait until Pope Leo says more negative things about Trump administration. You know damn well it's coming.

The people who vigorously OPPOSED Pope Leo's ascension to the throne were from the Opus Dei sect.
Again, not enormous numbers but Opus Dei has always punched consistently above their weight due to the wealth of some of the core members.
The huge controversy over movies like The Da Vinci Code was spearheaded by Opus Dei.

By the way, another mildly conservative Catholic sect, the Knights of Columbus, actually supports Pope Leo and his efforts.
They are mostly conservative and number almost two million.
But K of C has always been more mainstream and blue collar, the working man's laity.

Where do you get your news?

The big reason I do not even WATCH "cable news" is because it's not really NEWS, it's packaged editorial content marketed as IF it IS news.
News does not consist of what you WANT to see and hear, it consists of what you NEED to see and hear and is defined by objective non-commentary reporting of current events and information.

If you only follow an outlet that tells you what you WANT to hear, and rely and depend upon only ONE source as if it is gospel, then you are consuming propaganda, not news.

🤷‍♀️. Your mistake is believing I do. 🤷‍♀️

The interesting thing about our cable news layout in USA is that Fox News enjoys something that NO other cable news outlet has access to:
If you purchase basic cable, you are automatically paying about five bucks or more a month for Fox even if you don't ever watch it.
That's similar to paying an extra fee for HBO or ShoTime or Cinemax, except those are PREMIUM subscriptions.

For the most recent full fiscal year ended June 30, Fox collected $4.2 billion in affiliate fees, compared with $1.46 billion in advertising. If advertising on Fox cable channels fell to zero, the segment would still have reported an operating profit of about $1.47 billion.

Fox news collects monthly revenue from people who don't even WANT it.
CNN, MSNBC and all the other cable news outlets do not have a deal like that and never have.
