Other than the fact Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld all lied about WMD and it has been proven over and over when did we sink as low as these birther rednecks. Never.

A few years ago Washington state had a very close election for governor between a moderate GOP (that is the only kind that stands a chance up here) and the incumbent Christine Gregiore. I voted for Rossi even though I disliked him too.

Funny I say that to SMTA all the time on the marijuana issue. The fact is when the SCOTUS makes a ruling it can take decades to change it. Just look at Roe VS Wade.
 
You know, actually it's time to lose the divisive rhetoric and start talking about solutions.

If the left actually cared about the future of the country they would be looking at the mess Obama has made, start finding ways to clean it up, and stop obsessing over the Republican party's history, stop posting blatant propaganda and anti Republican rhetoric and start admitting your guy is an incompetent fool.

The GOP deserves everything they get my friend. They have let themselves get taken over by far right wing nuts, Ayn Rand fiscal hawks and anti immigration xenophobes. I stand by my right wing bashing. They are out of touch with the average American and are too stupid to realize it.

The only ones sinking as low as birthers are the ones who keep uttering the lie that Bush lied about WMDs. Again Saddam not only had a record of having WMDs he also used them on more than a dozen occasions.There was the fact that people regardless of political affiliation claimed Saddam had WMDs even before Bush was in office,there is also the fact that Saddam gave the impression he had WMDs by refusing to allow inspectors access. It was libs that started the rumor Obama was a not a birthright citizen.

Again I find that hard to believe considering his opposition to abortion, gun control, same sex marriage, amnesty, obamacare,tax increases and so on.All these issues he supports are issues you would call someone a right wing nut for supporting.

I agree. In the workplace you have to put up with people all the time who do not share the same political views. I have had many redneck boss's and I am very liberal. What are you supposed to do? Quit? No you compromise and that is what both sides should have done 6 years ago. I do think the right has been far worse and they have been proven wrong on the ACA so many times it is not funny and how many more times are they going to get their butt's kicked by national elections and the SCOTUS before they get a freaking clue. They are on the wrong side of the issue on the ACA just like the right was on social security, Medicaid, Medicare, abortion, marijuana legalization ( even though many right wingers are starting to turn against prohibition) and gay marriage. They have lost or are losing every one of these issues and they are too dumb to realize it.

Dino was moderate on many issues too. Some might say that swing to the right just to appease a weak GOP in Washington state is what did cost him the election. We do not vote for social conservatives in this state and that is the bottom line. We can be pragmatic and the Marijuana issue proves that.

I did. It was the first time since 1980 I voted GOP for anything. I could not stand Gregoire. I have known her since 1978 when her mother and my ex girlfriend worked at a café in Auburn Washington. I knew she hated pot and hads many old fogey views. Just like in many red states the checks and balance here are skewed.

A better question, I think, would to be ask if it's time for the Democratic party to flush the druggies, the sexual perverts, the criminals, the nanny-statists, the bigots, the baby killers, and the unproductive parasites.

Of course, the answer is obvious. If they did that, there'd be nothing left of the Democrats.

I just could not stand the thought of 4 more years of Christine G. She was a old prude on social issues like legalizing pot. We would have voted it in 4 years earlier if not for that bych.
