She was shouted down until she could not continue her speech, that is how her free speech was interupted. It is well known that you don't go to a speech, if all you are going to do is disrupt it, that's not free speech, it's talking out of turn. This was not their time to talk, so it's irrelevant what their reaction was. They can become popular, and do the things that allow them the pulpit, until then, they need to be quiet, and give the speaker her time. This is a college, thet place where free speech is supposed to be an all important right, they showed their hypocrisy, that is all.

The majority is not always right, history has shown that, but sometimes, majority does rule, it has to, or nothing gets done. In this case, these rude folks should have stayed home, they chose to come there, only to disrupt the speaker, and those who came to hear her. This is wrong, and it's not the appropriate time, or place, for their views, or childish antics. What you're failing to do is make the distinction between violating her freedom of speech and behaving inappropriately at a school function. These are students, they have no police powers, and thus they cannot deprive her of her freedom of speech. I agree that they acted in a way that is inappropriate, but it is in no way hypocritical (except for those wacky liberals who called this same **** when the whole Dixie Chicks thing went down, those people are the definition of hypocritical). I personally think if they wanted to make an ass of her, they could've been more clever about it. For example, last year William Kristol gave a speech at my school for the young republicans, so my buddy snuck in, and at question time he just kept asking questions about the Iran contra (and he damn near got lynched!). But also, if your speaking in front of an audience of mixed political beliefs, and you're saying things that are intended to **** off liberals (and don't you dare claim that that's not what Ann Coulter intends to do, cause I have seen her speak many times and she has NEVER said anything of merit, she is a public figure SOLELY to **** off liberals), you have to expect to get booed. You can't get all pissed off when you know there's a cause and effect relationship, and then you do the cause and the effect happens, that's

Our Colleges are mainly liberal that is no secret.Liberals claim,thats claim to be tolerant, believe in diversity, and opposed to censorship. So when they act like Nazi' S A troops,it don't look good. Liberals are mainly hypocrits that can't handle competition.Look at how the FOX TV channels scare the daylights out of liberals. I have 70 cable channel 2 belong to Fox .The majority are liberal to left. The fear Fox engenders in them is unbelievable.

To be perfectly frank, no I haven't read any of her books, cause I've heard her speak on many occasions, and considering the drivel that she spews out of her mouth on a regular basis, I think it's safe to assume that her books are just as worthless.
On the other hand, I do read books by conservative authors, actually one of my favorite books is "Give War a Chance" by PJ O'Rourke, and thus my point that using if you have or have not read books by one spectacularly pointless author as a litmus test for whether or not you are open minded is for the retarded, and tr1414 definately fits that mold (the retarded mold)
