Should the president and vice president being using our money to make a political point?

The president and vice president spent somewhere between 600 thousand and a million dollars of our money to make a political point. It was an attempt to shore Trump's position that NFL players kneeling during the national anthem was anti-American. Trump tells his followers that they are stomping on the flag, our anthem and our soldiers. Those kneeling down say it is a protest of all the young black men being shot by police. Now I don't care what side of the argument you are on, but to waste that kind of money to try and make their political point should be investigated. I guess that would be just one more investigation into the mess that this president has our country into, but it needs to be looked at. Really, any other president that would have done this , Repub or Dem, would be looking at immediate impeachment.

It probably wasn't anywhere near that much money - people routinely severely overestimate the operating cost of government aircraft. And all Presidents to it. Trump isn't the first, won't be the last.
