The indictment also describes an August 2013 exchange in which Jackson told an undercover officer that Yee had an arms-trafficking contact. Jackson allegedly said Yee could facilitate a meeting for a donation.


Chow, who has been connected over the years to the criminal gang Wo Hop To and is known as "Shrimp Boy," was indicted for money laundering, conspiracy to receive and transport stolen property, and conspiracy to traffic contraband cigarettes.


The indictment was unsealed in federal court in downtown San Francisco after FBI and other law enforcement officials carried out multiple raids early Wednesday.


The gun charges go against Yee's stand as a gun control advocate.

I haven't had the opportunity to go through it all but my understanding is that this wasn't street stuff. It looks like this could have ties to serious hardware and equally serious bad guys.

That's now three liberal Democrats in the California state legislature that have been indicted and arrested by the FBI so far this year.

If the FBI don't slow down, the Republicans will be in control of the California state legislature by November.

There are already photos floating around with the Tongs leader Shrimp Boy posing alongside some of the most prominent Democrats in California.

How about Pro-gun: protects sales of guns and THEIR guns (Elitists and elitism)
Pro-rights: Protects their rights which apply to all.

I'm never sure what Pro-2A means, leave it up to the law courts?
