2) if Nazis had embraced the thou shalt not murder lie( as you call it) 60 million would not have been slaughtered. Do you understand now?
haivng faith may or may not be embracing a lie depending on if what you believe is true but you said it didn't matter if you actually believed but if you don't believe and just want people to follow your religion to impose your preferred brand of order then as i said
that means you want people to embrace a lie in order to get people to do what you would prefer
the nazis did embraced thou shall not murder in the same way the biblical god and those under moses embraced it its not murder if you declare the killing lawful and good
if the nazis had embraced the idea that its wrong to kill another being that can think and feel like they do and did not let their hate blind their judgment on that then millions would not have been slaughtered no matter what any one thinks a god calls for
what you need to avoid killing people isn't the idea that a god that you can speak for is against killing ( or not ) but reasons you think killing is bad
