The Allen remark was condemned by many BI-PARTISAN orgnizations that have been sourced in this thread over and over. I then requested that we stay on topic so I am trying to get you to do so..the topic being Sen. Allen's racist statements. I wouldn't expect to find a bi-partisan site that supports Allen any more than you could find a bi-partisan site that supports Biden's comments.

While I will never agree that Allen necessarily meant for his comment to be racist, I will agree that it reflects negatively on his judgement. I believe this gaff could kill any presidential hopes Allen may have had and could even cause him to lose November's election. But Nov. is still a long way off and 2008 is even further away.

I agree with your assessment of Allen's political future. I still think he'll squeak out a win this November but it would not be shocking at this point if he did lose. He never had a chance in 2008 except maybe as a Veep candidate but noone's going to touch him now...he's poison.

The weird reality is that if Allen were to lose in November that one seat could be the difference between Democratic and Republican control of the Senate.

The previous quotes on Biden tell more about CBS than the sources you listed. Why did CBS not provide the remainder of Dr. Vijay's comments? Why were they careful to point out that he is a member of the Indian-American Republican Council? They quote Supriya Christopher as being a member of a bipartisan group, but conveniently forget to mention that she's a Democratic candidate for Congress. At least the other sites weren't as dishonest as CBS, who claims to be unbiased.

Don't like how a reporter does his job? Write the editor or start you own paper and dictate that all articles be written per your views. I read articles all the time that slant back the other way, including omissions of quotes that I think are pertinent.
