A 2nd shutdown would be absolutely preposterous and uncalled for, mainly because the 1st shutdowns solved nothing. The vast majority of people are not going to stand for it - again.

How about a more reasonable and balanced approach? Leave it up to individual states or local governments to enforce social distancing, mask-wearing and sanitation guidelines, but forcing everything to close is an extremist move that devastated the economy much harder than the Corona virus.

You seem to be ignoring how it is growing daily in Florida, and other Open States. This would not be happening if we had waited until we actually met the WH/CDC guidelines and we Required SD and PPE's. Now here in Texas the Governor is back peddling and saying local officials can require businesses to require the wearing if masks. Better late than never, too bad many will die because those in charge wanted to ignore the virus and wish it away.
