As the story suggests, I imagine the judge will be more severe when he is re-arrested and she sees the video.

As opposed to "conservative" justice which is just constant oppression of minorities, immigrants, and every marginalized group while letting white rapists like Brock Turner run free and white collar criminals run for President?

Erm, I'm pretty certain Judges have rules they follow about how they deal with people accused of any crime.
The problem is anyone who goes to court is presumed innocent until proven guilty and thus they have rules about how they should be treated.

The judge can't just do whatever the heck he or she feels like as they won't last long as a judge if they do that.

So, at the time he was released on bail there was no video in evidence and no murder charge (and unless my brain is scrambled, I'm not seeing what he was charged with). I would imagine the fact that the guy called 911, told them about the stabbing, then waited also played a role.



But this is Fox and they want their willing slaves to say things like this . . .

. . . so they draft the title to falsely imply he was released on bail on murder charges. It's not like Fox viewers give any particular shit about the killing. Fox knows all they want to do is say something bad about 'the left'.
