But it's the officer class that's leadership, and none take that responsibility to his oath seriously other than the aircraft carriers captain, and he was sacked for his duty of care to his men! Now that was an honourable man with a duty to his nation, and his oath marginalised by and sacked by unelected political appointed administrators.

With respect he tried all avenues open to him, and administrators were ordering him to commit to orders detrimental to those he was responsible! A brave man an officer and gentleman will or should stand up to all threats in war or in peace time.... but we can see from your comments there are very few of them.
