How would I possibly have the means to answer that question. Look it was the foreperson that divulged her status on the jury when she commented publicly in outrage over a possible lower sentence recommendation from the DOJ. As soon as her identity was learned a bunch of people started searching for her on social media and what they found showed absolute bias toward anything Trump and even posting stuff about Stone prior to the trial. Her social media showed she was totally engaged in following the Mueller investigation. That isn't what she told the court when she was interviewed by the court to be a juror.

Last week the left was all in agreement with Judge Napolitano when he was siding against Trump but this week because he believes Stone is entitled to another trial due the evidence he has seen where the foreperson had a clear bias that was present in her social media prior to being called to jury duty, not so much. Is Napolitano part of qAnon too. How about Turley and Dershowitz? they part of qAnon too?

Even if Trump stays out, he won't be in jail for that amount of time. He'll get paroled earlier than that.

Are his crimes considered "white collar"?

Because only they still get parole in the federal system.

Right now the judge is awaiting a decision on granting Stone a new trial. Stone's incarceration is going to be delayed, probably indefinitely. Just like they did with Flynn, that's how the DOJ is playing this game. I guess Manafort just wasn't close enough to trump to receive the same treatment.

Look I didn't say I didn't think Stone was guilty of wrong doing. What I stated is the jury may have been tainted. I don't care who the defendant is, he/she is entitled to a fair trial. And no there are plenty out there that believe he is entitled to a new trial.

We were discussing juror bias, in particular the foreperson and whether the law requires the court to attribute alleged anti-Trump bias to the actual defendant, Roger Stone, and therefore whether or not everyone who had an alleged anti-Trump bias was legally disqualified/prohibited from sitting on that jury.

That's your position through your esteemed experts, but no one can connect those legal dots for us. Turley didn't do it (his argument was from a position of near total ignorance of the relevant facts), and neither did Napolitano or Dershowitz, and you won't do it. You and they hand wave that into the facts as a given, but there's no basis for it.
