You forgot a couple of other felonies for which felon Roger Stone was convicted - obstruction and witness tampering.

I have forgotten nothing, anyone affiliated with Trump should get the death penalty as Roger Stone wouldn't exist in your world were it not for Trump

I basically assumed that all the ****ty pardons he handed down this week were specifically designed so that when he pardoned Stone he could claim that he took issue with a number of other "bad" sentences as well.

Really? Martha Stewart was sentenced to 5 months in jail and 2 years probation.

That is quite a bit less than 40 months for the same crime.

Matha wasn't convicted of witness tampering.

After a highly publicized six-week jury trial, Stewart was found guilty in March 2004 of felony charges of conspiracy, obstruction of an agency proceeding, and making false statements to federal investigators, and was sentenced in July 2004 to serve a five-month term in a federal correctional facility and a two-year probation.

With the up-coming census and the gerrymandering of districts to follow, driven by Republican gains in state legislatures, the Republicans may well take over the House of Representatives and increase their numbers in the Senate. It isn't all that far-fetched for the legislature, at the request of President of the United States Donald Trump, to pass a repeal of the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.

My point is Stone did far worse than that, as evidenced by his trial, conviction and sentence. He got 40 months for obstruction.

The evidence against the President in the impeachment was overwhelming and he could not provide a single witness or document to dispute it. That is how you find a person guilty with evidence and testimony.

The fun bit is there isn't a shred of credible evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of the foreperson.

The frothy, RW Kool-Aid prevents the conspiracist loons from considering: Is it more likely that Roger Stone is guilty, as a jury found, or that he’s the victim of prosecutors, a judge & a jury forewoman?

Yes there is evidence of wrongdoing. It starts with her not being completely honest with the judge during jury selection. At the link below is a transcript of jury selection for the Stone trial. We now know she was juror #1261. What she, Tomeka Hart, told the court doesn't match her social media account. . We learned she was the foreperson on the Stone jury when she gave a full-throated defense of the trial prosecutors saying “It pains me to see the DOJ now interfere with the hard work of the prosecutors.” after there was talk about the DOJ wanting to lower the sentence put forth by the prosecutors.
That statement led many people to Google her name, and what they found was a litany of postings not only hostile to President Trump and his administration but also specifically commenting on Stone and his arrest before she ever appeared for jury duty. Jonathon Turley, Alan Dershowitz, Judge Napolitano and multiple former AG's and U.S. attorneys all believe there is a very good case to be made for another trial.
