So far the facts appear to be

-activist was protesting abortion clinic
-activist shoved clinic escort after claiming he was verbally abusive towards his son
-local feds investigated and dropped case
-Justice Dept charged him with federal felony obstructing a reproductive clinic and sent 20 armed feds to arrest him during which point they pointed guns at his children and he now faces up to 11 years in federal jail.

I would bet the Justice dept settles for some minor charge where he gets community service if the physical part is true. And MSM wont bother to cover the excessive reaction to a local matter, and continue to ignore Ruth Sent Us threatening Supreme Court Judges children.

Mark Houck, a 48-year-old catholic pro-life-activist, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a planned parenthood clinic escort on two occasions. The federal indictment stated that Houck verbally confronted and forcefully shoved the healthcare worker as the latter was trying to escort two patients in October 2021.

The healthcare worker with initials BL is a 72-year-old man who was injured and had to be administered treatment for the same.

He probably had an arrest warrant. Then they followed protocol. Pointing firearms at children would be a violation of policy but I've seen no reason to believe it is anything other than alleged by the parents.

No. An arrest warrant is not a justification for sending armed FBI agents to this man's home early in the morning to arrest this man in front of his family. They knew he was represented by counsel. The civil and adult thing to do was to ask him to come to their office.
