Anyone who thought they were allowed in there, truly was an idiot and/or in denial. There was plenty going on to show they were not allowed inside. And no indication of actually who let them in or why, nor that they had legal authority to do so. Like I said, there were officers fired, put on suspension for these acts too. But just like we all know that you can't just get inside a school at night for a party because your friends stole the keys from the janitor (every teenager knows that if it wasn't authorized beforehand by the actual staff, then it is something illegal), you also cannot be inside the Capitol for that particular event. There is no real reasonable excuse for this. Just people trying to excuse their behavior.

Once the mob stormed the building, and tweeted and texted out their glee, they looked around and found that the guy who said “I’ll be right there with you”.

After that, they all stood around taking selfies and acting like high school students on a field trip. Two hours earlier, the same people where crushing barricades and hurling flagpoles at windows.
