Just out of curiosity what were they?

Mine they are typically dancers.

Do you mean like a profession that makes somebody of the opposite sex more attractive?

'Cause if so I'd have to say:

The profession itself doesn't matter so much as the ability to take care of oneself financially and to abide by one's morals and ethics without compromise in the process of performing their work.

Otherwise, I really don't care. A job's a job's a job.

I really, really, really, really like prostitutes.

:2razz:

my interest in someone has little to do with her profession. intellectual curiosity is much more important. i want to be able to have conversations about abstract topics with a potential significant other.

ASPIRING Housewife. That's it. Almost anything else is a turn-OFF for me.

LOL - too many jokes . . . not in the basement.

Are you going to change your major in response to what people write?

Hot, well-dressed chicks who are lawyers.

I know many, many, many. Funny thing is in law school there were questions about a few; mainly were they there to get a law degree or their MRS.

I like scientists, artists, intellectuals, folk along those lines.

You just described my entire building.

I am beyond jealous.

I work with nurses, which has the ability for hotness. Unfortunately, all but one are over 45 or married...and that one has 3 kids.

Screw my luck.

I don't really care that much about the specific profession, although generally speaking I prefer someone intelligent and well-educated. The woman I'm currently seeing is a lawyer at the State Department, and before that I dated a woman studying epidemics at the NIH.

Professions don't really matter much to me. If a person is passionate about what they do for a living and if that person has aspirations and goals, that is much more attractive than a person who lives to just get by and hates their 'job'.

Anyone in a proper uniform, but especially cops. Woman athletes are a big turn-on, too.

Just to lust after on the street?

Uniforms....I have a special fondness for garbagemen.

Doctors.Been happily married ten years to one.

journalism ...because that my University degree

apart from that Psychiatry ... which I couldnt finished because we used to experiment on mice and it was too much for me.

and after that art... painting ... you know?

Models, fashion, artists and creative types. Models are fun types for the most part and I love the fashion industry. The drama and the goofiness the laughing and the crazy, crazy chicks. Musicians are very deep into emotions and symbolism, at least those I have been involved with, that is fun too.

Last profession is attorney and political types....been there too long to enjoy anymore. The food is good at the parties though.

The year before the Dallas Superbowl, we (the city of Arlington) got flooded with people who worked for the Superbowl Committee. The guys were awful. They'd come up to you in the bar and introduce themselves by handing you their business card. One guy tried to impress me by raving about the stadium and how it was brilliant of us to support it 'cause it won us the Superbowl, and then started talking about the center for at-risk youth that would be built in our city on behalf of the committee and the NFL, and how he loved helping the community and blah, blah, blah.

My response to him was, "You know what's funny about your at-risk center? The area that most needed it was torn down and the residents scattered in order to build that over-priced, over-hyped stadium you're jizzing yourself over. And now crime rates all over the city have spiked in response. So maybe y'all should have come in a little earlier to start your community beautification campaign."

I walked away when his mouth dropped open.

You should have shoved a pig in a blanket in there. These guys who work for "glamour" industries rely on the glitz to get through the dirty part of the job. Many people buy it though... good for you!!!

He just picked the wrong person. Arlington residents were pretty evenly split on the stadium. The vote to approve the building of the stadium in Arlington was split almost even (51-49). I (and many of my family/friends) voted against the stadium because (1) the means of funding sucked, and (2) the location was ridiculous. Had he honed in on any other girl in the bar he'd have had at least a 50% chance of finding one who was totally into his position and the stadium/Superbowl opportunity.

Whoa......................... I ain't talking about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of people do not see the grizzle behind the glamour and just see dollar signs. Many are just not experienced in these matters and only look to the bright side, no one can really blame them.
